I patiently waited in line. When it came my turn the girl asked me how many sandwiches I needed when I responded 5 of them her mouth dropped open asked if I was serious I said yes then she very loudly said to her partner that was helping this woman has five sandwiches they both started making a big deal about it. My first thought was to walk out and say just forget it. Then they needed to know the type of bread I wanted I told her Italian herb and cheese her response was “well there goes the rest of my bread I don’t know what I’m going to do for the rest of the afternoon without this bread” then looked at me said are you sure you want them ALL on that bread I said yes. The people behind me were like what the heck is her problem with those sandwiches. The lady making my sandwiches said you do know these foot longs aren’t the 5$ foot longs that’s only on our app I responded I knew that she sighed loudly and went back to making them when the other girl was ringing me up the girl making my sandwiches says to the next person in line don’t bother asking for Italian herb and cheese bread cause that women just took all I had left. I paid $30+ dollars and left in tears over the humiliation. I will never visit this subway ever again. They deserve a 0 star for the way that I was treated not to mention they already didn’t have all the items I wanted on my sandwiches and the bread was kinda hard. So all in all it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had...
Read morePlaced order at 10:44 am for pick up at 1:55. Pm, so I could grab my order on the way to work. At 1:39 I get an email stating my order was almost ready. I arrive on time-no food, fine I will go into the store to grab a drink. Come back still no food. I wait patiently at the counter. The worker doesn't acknowledge me at all, and instead starts making sandwiches for people. She yells at the gentlemen ordering as they could not hear what she had said with her head down towards the cutting counter. When I finally get her to acknowledge me, I tell her I was there for a pick up order (it was now 2:10 pm) She tells me they don't have any pick up orders and she can't help me. At that point the other worker (who I'm guessing was on break) tells her to check the POS. He goes over, pulls up my order ...which had never even been started on. The lady starts angrily throwing my sandwiches together (and slamming trays etc the entire time) while refusing to talk or even look at me. She finishes my sandwiches, shoves them across the counter, I try to thank her and say have a nice day, but she snarled rolled her eyes and just walked away. Not exactly a pleasant...
Read moreMy experience was awful and I will never be coming back! 2 employees serving me were very unprofessional and one had no subway attire and was Very dirty and had a very vulgar and racially insensitive mouth. The other employee had served me, (5’8”, long brown hair and had 2 dark cloth bracelets on his right wrist, would give a name but did not have a name tag but his subway shirt did have the #30 on it if it helps) work environment was very dirty and the knives they used on my sandwich had either sauce or cheese covered on them. More than half the bins in the front had not been restocked and had food scattered in the inappropriate bins. Lastly after I had finally gotten my food I had used a coupon and cash to pay for my meal and firstly I did not get any cash back then when I had finally gotten my change, the amount was off!
