Coffee a la Mode - Moorpark's Coffee House — Restaurant in Moorpark

Coffee ala Mode Is one of my go-to coffee places. The coffee is excellent - I buy the beans and take them home to use for my morning coffee as well. They have regular food but I only get se pastry type snack to have with my coffee, and these are always fresh and tasty. They also have ice cream novelties, I have never gotten one but my family has and they say that they are excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful, when you order your coffee at the counter they bring it to you when it's ready, a nice touch instead of calling your name. It's a very inviting atmosphere inside, and a number of tables outside so there is plenty of seating. I highly recommend it as a place to have some coffee...

I come here almost every day. It's my creative space. The owners Judy and Brian and fantastic. They really care about their customers' experience. They always offer to make you another drink for free if you don't like the one you ordered. The staff is awesome, always a smile and great service and friendly conversation. The atmosphere is why I come back over and over. From the chairs to the decor to the music to the local artists on the wall... it's so welcoming and comfortable. I wrote a book and a play here, so it has a special place in my heart, and I'm sure I'll write many more sitting right here in...

I'm not sure what time our group stumbled into the coffee house yesterday afternoon. Our group recieved an odd look from most of patrons, as we most certainly looked disheveled, our clothes perfumed from the smoke and ash, but not the staff, they welcomed us with open arms.

We hadn't stopped in hours, evacuating animals since the early hours of the morning. The owner and staff accommodated us immediately, sent us our way with more than we had asked for, not letting us pay for a single thing. I'm talking drink orders in the high teens.

I could not recommend this place more. They deserve...
