They literally provided the best service and equipment in the industry. Their timeliness was on point, they sent a courtesy message with a specific time frame & actually showed up on time for drop-off and pick-up. Their communication was detailed & easily accessible. They offer many payment options, including mobile pay, I didn’t have to run to the bank last minute😅, I was able to pay from my phone. We rented their Dark Knight waterslide, it was AMAZING for both kids & adults. Chair rentals were clean & comfy. I mistakenly also ordered a dry combo slide (meant to order a water slide), and did not realize it until the day of the event when the jumper was being set-up. Daniel & his team went above & beyond to accommodate on such short notice. Although they had a hectic weekend schedule they were still able to come back a couple hours later to resolve the issue & install a pool & turn our rental into a waterslide. In the past I have dealt with other vendors & experienced jumper issues on the day of events, & they never actually come back to fix the problem. I am a grandmother of 5 and wanted to do something special for my grands, great nieces and nephews (ranging from ages 2-14). I thought I could accommodate all age groups with the jumper/water slide combo, but realized it might not be as adventurous for those over 10 (as they are tall children). Daniel took the time to go over his inventory with me and offered me an AMAZING deal on two separate jumpers (one standing almost 2 stories tall). He and Joseph made every effort to accommodate my needs, they were patient with my indecisiveness in the yard set up, they were timely and most importantly they were extremely polite and professional!!! In 2023, it is hard to find business’ that believe in service first and customer satisfaction…. until you do business with Incredible Inflatables!!! Definitely a premium 5 star + business!!!! I highly recommend and will patronize...

Incredible Inflatables are by far the best jumper company I have ever dealt with! I rented the jellyfish jumper waterslide and it was beautiful! The kids were above and beyond excited. Daniel came and set it up and even sanitized the entire jumper for us. We rent jumpers every summer and it has always been a pain to set up the hose all the way up top…so it was much appreciated that they had done that for you. All we had to do was connect the hose to theirs at the bottom of the slide. The jumper was well cared for and it seemed as if we were the first to use it. Daniel was super polite even offering to help me carry in the heavy water table from the car I had bought for the event. The kids had a blast. Incredible Inflatables offers the best at a great price! I will definitely be getting my jumpers from them...
