We had a few items sitting in a jewelry box in need of repair and when the time came for my wife to get her engagement & wedding ring resized it seemed like a good time to take the repairs in as well. One of the repairs was to a watch that was no longer waterproof after a battery change at the place in the mall (yeah, as with most things in life - avoid the mall). Long story short David looked over the items and went over how they were to be repaired along with the cost for each. He even made a great suggestion about having the engagement & wedding ring soldered together (might not be for everyone, and of course depends upon the style of the rings, but my wife likes it better - no more twisting or rubbing together). All but one item was done when promised and when picked up looked as good as new. The one item that took longer was a more difficult fix but even then it came back to us looking as good as new and at no extra cost for the unexpected extra work that had to be put in (thanks btw). I stopped by on my way home today after thinking for months about reimagining my wedding rings and engagement ring into something new and exciting after 16 years of marriage. They were amazing and took such great time and care in working up a design for my ring that will even include my diamond earrings as well! I am so excited to see the finished product. The sketches look just how I imagined the ring to be and I know the finished product will be even better. I won’t go anywhere else for repairs or original pieces.
