I'm done waiting for the manager Kenneth to do the right thing. I was charged $59 for an item I returned before even leaving the store. The employee told me he needed a manager to issue a refund. I'm not from the area I was traveling through. I called a few days later after not hearing from anyone, and Kenneth told me he "accidentally" hit the cash back instead of issuing the refund back to the card I used for the purchase, and that I could swing back by and grab it. I repeatedly told him I couldn't do that because I was several states away, and he said he would figure it out. This happened over a month ago now, ending with emails back and forth proving that they owed me the $59. Then finally Ken told me, "I'm sending it right now," never to receive my money. I guess he felt he needed it more than me. I am now having to dispute this with my bank after wasting valuable time trying to get them to do the right thing. All over 60...
