Starbucks — Restaurant in Moosic

Everyone is always quick to leave a bad review without giving opportunity for the store to fix their mistake, which this store ALWAYS does. I had a great last two visits. First one, I did a mobile order, and it took a little longer than expected due to other customers causing confusion with their questions. Grace was communicative with me, apologized for my wait (which, no biggie it happens!) and handled each customer with kindness (even the ones causing the unnecessary confusion.

Today I went in the drive through, and I’m not certain if Grace is a shift leader, but usually the drive through can be a little slow(again, expected) but today was quick! When I got to the window, you could hear her asking if the bar was okay, if window was managing okay, she made sure everything was covered.

So before you leave your next “disappointed” review, remember these are people, who would be more than happy to fix...

I visited the Starbucks at 1011 Shoppes Blvd, Moosic, PA, and it was a great place to grab a drink while in the area.

What I ordered: • Strawberry Acai Refresher – light, fruity, and just sweet enough. A perfect cold drink for a warm day. • Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso – smooth with a nice cinnamon-spiced flavor that gave the espresso an extra layer of richness. Really enjoyed this twist on a cold coffee drink.

What I liked: • Drinks were prepared well, tasted fresh, and hit the spot. • The space was clean with a comfortable seating area — good spot to take a break or get a little work done.

We are not from Moosic but visit this Starbucks every time we need to go to Geisinger. Today we ordered a Venti vanilla latte and a grande matcha latte, along with two cake pops. It costed 18.66 for this. When we got to the window we were given a chai latte. I told the barista of the mistake. I understand it's annoying to remake a drink but it's not what we ordered. When my son was done drinking his drink that took two seconds we realized how full the cup was packed with ice. These drinks are expensive to only have 2 ounces of liquid in them. I tried to contact hq who advised that we go back to the store, but we live an hour away. I paid over 5 dollars for ice. I'll post pics as soon as I can get them to upload.
