Panera Bread — Restaurant in Moosic

Because I have diabetes, I asked for nutrition information for the menu and they were very helpful. That's a plus. But after I put in my order, it took a long time. The place was packed so I thought they were just backed up. After 25 minutes, my pager turned itself off. I went up and told them, and they said they would cally name (i gave them my name). After another 15 minutes, , I went up and asked about it. I had only ordered a soup and salad and it had been 40 minutes now. She asked my name again, and she asked what i ordered. It had been sitting there for a while and the soup was cold. She just said, "sorry about that, the pager should have buzzed." Even though I had told her.... gRRR!!!! I'm giving this a 3-star rating because of one issue, the handling of the covid-19 procedures.. "zip tying" chairs, and making it difficult to just sit and eat was very hard, not only that but for the chairs and tables that were open there was no effort to clean them, they were very dirty which defeats the purpose of closing tables anyway, my humble advice to you panera bread in Moosic, open the tables up it's not going to make a difference, or at least have somebody on staff to immediately clean the tables as soon as someone stands, if you're going to open a business make sure you have the staff available to put these measures into place other than that the food is good, but the prices are high.. my opinion from here on out support more local business and small shops that have been truly hurt the worst during...

Stopped after work to pick up bagel Tuesday bagels.I hoped the severe cold would mean alot of people wouldn't have stopped......and there might be some left. That's my major complaint ! that when the BAGELS are gone for the day they are gone! They never make any fresh ones. So when you get out of work and you want to pick up a dozen for the next day there aren't any. I can't pick them up in the morning I have to be at the hospital by 6:30 a.m. If they're like most businesses increase their sales Maybe they should make more bagels. They know a lot of people stop for the Tuesday deal so make more! For a very discounted price you got a baker's dozen. This encourages people to buy them for the workplace. ...Or to have extras on hand to toast when you have soups, stew or chili. They're a good change out for bread...
