i got food poisoning from here Food poisoning at a restaurant like Pancheros Mexican Grill can occur when food is not handled, prepared, or stored correctly. This can lead to the growth of harmful bacteria, viruses, or other pathogens that can cause illness when ingested.
One common cause of food poisoning is cross-contamination, which happens when bacteria or other pathogens are transferred from one food to another. This can occur when raw and cooked foods are stored or prepared together, or when utensils or other equipment that have come into contact with raw food are not properly cleaned before being used for cooked food.
Another way that food poisoning can occur is through improper cooking or reheating of food. If food is not cooked to a high enough temperature, or if it is not reheated to a sufficient temperature, bacteria or other pathogens can survive and cause illness.
In order to reduce the risk of food poisoning at Pancheros Mexican Grill or any other restaurant, it is important to follow proper food handling and preparation practices, such as washing hands frequently, keeping raw and cooked foods separate, and cooking food to the appropriate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wasnāt expecting to get great Mexican food in the middle of Pennsylvania, but I also wasnāt expecting it to be as bad as it was. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla, and I was never asked what I wanted on it. She just started making it. It consisted of two giant handfuls of cheese and the SMALLEST spoonful of chicken I have ever seen. I complained and eventually had to ask for extra chicken because the original amount was that pathetic. Even the extra chicken I paid EXTRA for was just another small and sad spoonful. I was also given attitude when I asked why there were no peppers or onions in my quesadilla. She told me I should have said that in the beginning when I ordered it. Not only did she not ask me, but Iām pretty sure just cheese and chicken in a tortilla isnāt a quesadilla, and if you are a Mexican restaurant who makes quesadillas with just chicken and cheese, than you are the lowest form of cuisine out there. Needless to say, once I sat down with my food and took a bite, it was disgusting. I have honestly had better food at Taco Bell, and for half the price. Also the queso was runny, like water. I wish I never spent my hard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIm someone who is addicted to good food, especially good Mexican food. This place is similar to moes or chipotle, fairly expensive and not alot of options. The staff wasnt overly friendly, but they werent rude either, more straight to the point. Its better if you figure out what you want before you get up to order. Unlike moes they do not have a salsa bar, which is why i would go to moes. They do have about 5 salsa options and queso, but you only get one and a very small bag of chips...unlike moes, which has unlimited chips. If you didnt know that about moes, you should! However, the burrito was really big and more than enough food to eat. The burrito was good for what it was, but was missing something, so i put extra sour cream on, moes has way more options for fillings. I do like it better that they mix all the ingredients first before wrapping, like others have said. All in all, not a bad place to eat, but given the choice i would choose moes. Chipotle has too many beef recalls in general for.me to go there and not too clean. Pancheros was very...
