Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Moraine

This place is nasty and dirty, and the people who work here don't care about the filth. I noticed it when I first pulled in the parking lot and saw trash cans overflowing with garbage, and the birds,insects, and cats were all feasting on the nastiness. I started not to go in, but I was hungry and decided to give it a try. It wasn't even lunch or rush hour, and things were a mess. I had to wait 10 minutes before they wiped the corn and such onto the floor from the steam and prep table and filled up the rice pans. So she finally came over to make my burrito while the other lazy guy just stood by the register just looking as the lined pilled up behind me. So I noticed a burnt nasty pan of what used to be fajita veggies. So, I assumed they ran out and just simply needed to make more, but she informed me that they ran out and that they didn't have any more fajita veggies. I was disgusted because why would you leave a dirty, nasty, burnt, and disgusting pan? Just put a clean pan there or a backup rice or something. And besides, fajita veggies are only peppers and onions. There are no shortages of peppers and onions, trust me. Walmart and kroger and meijer are all like within walking distance, so that tells me that they were just lazy and didn't want to prepare any more fajita veggies to make the customers happy and I find that ignorant and disrespectful. I left and went to Hot Head burritos, and they were so clean and everything was fully stocked and they had plenty of fresh FAJITA VEGGIES!!! Spend your money the way you want to. But, you deserve better. Chipotle does not care about making the customer happy. And this location is super dirty and filthy...

We had high hopes for this Chipotle. The Far Hills location has gone downhill over time and when this location opened up we were so excited. Everything started out great, the food is always cooked to perfection and delicious. The people were nice and gave speedy service. However, over the last two months something has changed. While the food has stayed great (the best chipotle in this area in my opinion) the service has gotten rough. Generally people are always nice, but the lady behind the register has been so incredibly rude to us every single time we see her. And it isn’t just us, this behavior is pointed towards every customer and coworker. She and the other associates got into an argument on the line because she was being so rude to the customers. From dirty looks, glaring, rude tone, pushing our bag/drink cup towards us with a nasty face, just zero customer service. Honestly, if she’s there the next time we come in we are promptly going to turn around. While I understand this a fast paced environment and the service isn’t the most important part of the experience, being outright disrespectful to coworkers and customers openly should never be tolerated. I have never left a review in my life negative until the crew working on Tuesday October the 19th around 8:30pm gave me the worst experience in my life first off they had zero corn no cheese no sauces or pico Roman lettuce salad dressing or sauces literally only has meet and rice then proceeded to tell me I was a thief for asking since I’m not getting half of my normal items and asking if they would simply give me some free queso to sub out not having shredded cheese and I know the shredded cheese is more costly from prior work experience the manager was very rude and stormed off mid conversation to then hide in the back like a child and never even gave me his name for the review so all I ask chipotle as a whole to train your managers how to properly deal with these kinds of situations I eat chipotle all the time but I will make sure everyone I know never returns to this location which sadly I was excited because It’s really close to my house but after this first experience I will be going to hot head which is just up there road where they actually care to help customers I’d love to get a reply and hear you resolved some these issues and maybe I’d try again in the future literally the worst experience in my life at any place zero respect for...
