Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Morehead City

Every time I come here I spend 30+ dollars. I used to come a few times a week and have started going other places because I feel like When I’m asking for something it’s always a problem. I always say please and thank you. I always give my order at the speaker and include everything like sauces and seasoning as well. I always have to ask again at the window, which is no problem if the Zaxys workers didn’t make it feel like I’m causing them an issue by asking them for the same things a second or third time. I had a big order today and has to drive 10 mins home. I asked for fresh fries. They didn’t pull me so I had an idea I most likely wasn’t getting fresh fries because this happens every time. . They were not fresh annd tasted old. Not hot or crispy and not the portion I should’ve gotten for what I paid and what I get every time, I order this same meal. All of the fries were old in all 3 meals. Just want to say thank you. I enjoy ordering food and paying an arm and leg just to get old food and half the portion. Y’all are great! There wasn’t a single person in the drive thru, it would’ve taken a few extra minutes to make sure it was done right. I’ve worked in restaurants management both fast food and fine dining for 9 years. My food sucked!! I got egg rolls and funnel cake all the burnt up I’m attaching pictures so you can see they had a funny taste like old oil and like hot pepper Thai heat. You came so either just nasty in the kitchen or dirty but I called the manager, and she did nothing for me made more excuses than anything said the oil was fresh, so they probably weren’t burnt that’s how they come out. Funnel cakes are supposed to be totally crisp like a puzzle no powdered sugar on it and taste like hot pepper you eat it so my money ended up wasted but I’m sending same pictures into the head office and tell them of my conversation people need to wake up.
