Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Morehead

I am normally all about Papa John's..but tonight was the worst experience EVER. We ordered $65 in food and tipped 15 was quoted 45 min and at the 1 hour mark we called the store. We was told that our food was under a heat lamp waiting for multiple other orders to be finished so they could do all the orders at once. So we asked to speak to the manager about the fact we were quoted 45 minutes it's been 60 n our food was chilling under a heat lamp waiting on multiple other orders. We get it's about combining your orders and steps but to be told my order is just sitting the 15 pass the time we should have had it because they wanted to take a bunch of orders at once is not ok. When Jeremy the manager got on the phone we never even made it to the question when he hung up on us. We immediately called corporate..we were on the phone with corporate (now we are at 25 mins past our 45 min quote time) when the food finally shows. We asked the driver the managers name just to confirm it (which we were told to do by corporate while) this driver (while we was on the phone with corporate) proceeds to say he didn't know n was not sure of his bosses name and proceeds to get smart and say he wasn't going to be disrespected by us asking for the managers name. Then, he says (while corporate is on speaker phone) it not our business who the manager is and he didn't care we were on the phone with corporate. WOW WOW 😲😲. We couldn't believe this was our experience here!! Never have we had this from Papa John's before. We were too bothered to eat this food we were unsure if it was tampered with after Jeremy (the "manager") hung up or how rude Evan was to us when we originally called. Thank God Pizza...

I never leave reviews but this one couldn’t go unappreciated. The food was hot and fresh, customer service from the person who brought out the order was 11/10, the food itself had more effort put into it than any order I have placed from any restaurant period so far in 2023. Will be recommending to everyone

The pizza had the pepperoni placed in a cute pattern so it wasn’t just delicious but also looked so pretty I almost felt bad eating it, whoever made that pizza didn’t even have to put HALF of that effort in for me to be satisfied, the person who brought out the order curbside also seemed like they genuinely LOVE their job and the vibe and energy they brought out with them made our night

I had ordered for work from here previously but this was the first time I placed an order for just my wife and I but they blew it out of the park, this is now my new favorite pizza place in Morehead and it is not even close.

If you worked night shift here August 14th 2023 genuinely thank you for the awesome experience, was a rough night made so much better from the level of service you all provided

Went there for supper tonight and the cheese sticks were burnt up and whoever was making them didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t care. They were burnt and paper thin you could actually see through them in a couple of places and several had no cheese on them. I called back after my daughter brought them home and the girl I talked to was completely rude and acted annoyed that I even called and what did I expect her to do she said she was the one who made them and sent them out and that there was nothing wrong with them. I told her I would like what I paid for an order of cheese sticks that had cheese on them and were not burnt up and paper thin because someone made the dough wrong. She did finally agree to replace them but acted like it was my fault and I was putting her out. So we have ate at Papa Johns since it was in Morehead but after tonight we will be switching to Dominos they are a whole lot more friendly and they make their food correctly or they replace it without acting like it is the customers...
