So I took my mother age 70 out to pick up some late lunch and she wanted to eat at Taco Bell. She has not been out much due to Covid, so instead of going on she wanted the drive thru. I pull up to place my order and I begin telling the employee what we wanted. As I am talking she is laughing so hard I cannot understand her. She then is laughing and talking to people. As I asked her to please repeat my order she continued to laugh. This kept going on for atleast 5 minutes. Cars behind me were getting frustrated at the time I was trying to get her to tell me the order back and price. I had to repeat myself several times as she continued to laugh and talking to her fellow staff members. When I am paying you can see her and others laughing as if this is not a big issue. I asked for a managers name and the girl at the window said "well we have alot of managers, I'm a manager." I asked her what is the issue and I felt that is was very unprofessional and disrespectful for paying customers just wanting food. She said "You just got us at a bad time, we dropped some cups in the floor." I paid for our food and drove home. The order was wrong. Items missing and was very poorly made. I never write reviews. But I needed to on this one. The manager did not ask anything oroffer to...
Read moreListen. I know this place is busy. However, there is no excuse to not get what you order. I have zero tolerance for that, especially when this is not the first time this has happened. I went through Drive-thru this evening purchased two number 5's with soft shells along with two other regular soft shell taco. Only received the two number 5's. No extra tacos that I ordered. The extra price I paid was $3 and some change. Now, while I don't mind about the $3.00, I would like to receive the food I paid for. They also asked for a donation. Well, there is your donation to your foundation. I feel that when I'm paying over $20, or any amount for a serviceI, and everyone else as paying customers to your establishment are entitled to the meal(s) in which we pay for. Not a difficult concept. If the cars in drive-thru were not 15 to 20 cars backed up, I would have tripled checked my order myself. But seeing how the staff are paid to bag the orders.of which is on a screen right above them it should be easy to check the orders before they are handed out the window. Good luck trying to call, as the phone goes unanswered. Poorly ran restaurant, poor managment. This is not my first experience like this at...
Read moreMy fiancé and I drove 20-25min to Taco Bell for a late night treat. It had been a while since we’ve ate at Taco Bell so we figured why not? We had already set on what we wanted to order. So, we arrive. We order. I specifically ask for “no beans”. The screen displayed our order correctly. We paid, we got our food, then proceeded to drive the 20-25min back home to eat. We get home, I unwrap my food, slap some sauce on it and chomp into my burrito. There usually isn’t any meat at the ends of the burrito so when I saw that there wasn’t any meat I assumed it was all in the middle. Nope. Halfway into my burrito and still no meat. Wth? I asked for “no beans” and got no beans AND no beef. After realizing there was no beef I instantly became angry and lost my appetite. My fiancé had meat in his food. Our other food had meat in it as well. I was excited bc I was treating myself to some Taco Bell. That excitement turned into anger and disappointment. I drove 40-50min total just to find out they messed up my order. I got charged full price for a veggie burrito. I’ll most likely avoid eating at this establishment from...
