I went two different times with coworkers within the same month. I raved about the food to my coworkers telling them I hadn't eaten there in months but I know it was good food. The 1st time when the server brought our food they didnt have my order correct at all. By the time I got my food my friends were just about done. My order STILL wasnt right they didn't give me the eggs that I asked for and they didn't give me the side of tortillas. I didn't complain I just took it to go. The 2nd time I took a coworker for breakfast. I told her the food was very good! But while I was eating I found a hair under my eggs and rice! Grossed me out! As I was pulling the hair from under my food a server walked by and I showed him. He apologized and said he can make me a new one or give me a refund. I said no I want the food I am hungry. It was about 15-20 minutes later I went to use the restroom and seen the server with other employees sitting at a booth. I went to the cashier and asked where my food was and she had no idea that I needed my food still. Since my friend was practically done I asked for a refund. I was so upset! I did eat the free chips and salsa which were very good! When a pregnant woman is hungry she Is Hungry! Sorry that I left a 1 rating the food is really good. But I just got screwed over twice! Read moreWent there today for father's day and it was a mess. I truly regret dropping $100 on such bad customer service. My group consisted of four people. Me, my wife, mom and dad. To start the food took way too long. I had ordered two shrimp cocktails, which you would think those would have been delivered first maybe about 15 minutes into the order. Anyways, my dad gets his food first 30 minutes after ordering. Then about ten minutes later my wife and I get our food and about ten more minutes my mom. It took about 50 minutes before my mom could get a plate of menudo. Then to top it off my wife's order was wrong so we had to send it back. My food came with tortillas which I never got and quite frankly we had been waiting so long for our food that we got filled with the tortilla chips and salsa.
Now it was busy so I have some sympathy but not much. The bottom line is we are still customers and that should not be an excuse. I've been there once on a regular business day and the service was ok not great ok. So like I said I know the potential for them to give great customer service is their. I feel that management should do a better job of preparing for busy days like this ensuring that they have enough staff and watching everything carefully so that it does not take up to 50 minutes to have someone's...

We decided to stop and eat at Jose's on our way to the Mission Inn to look at Christmas lights. What a horrible experience. I placed my order for a two cheese enchilada combination plate and the lady ran me up for a carnaasda burrito and marked my order to go even though she could clearly see I was with my family. She put my order separate and put my families order all together on one ticket. All the food arrived except mine. We waited and waited for mine to come and it never did. There food was getting cold so I told them to go ahead and start eating. When my daughter was done eating she flagged down the waiter and he went to check and came back and said it was a to go order. I got a refund as they were done eating. What a horrible experience. Couldn't share a meal with my adult kids.
