Hey Management, this is the part where you acknowledge customers when they walk in…”WELCOME IN”, then ask people standing in line if anybody just needs a coffee to go, them empower your employers to anticipate helping customers to get them out the door instead of making us all stand there while you do your training. Excellent espresso. Which is how a coffee shop should be measured! No sparkling water on the side, if that matters to you. They are open (and still pulling espresso, unlike some shops that close down the machines in the afternoon) well after Coffee Guys is closed for the day.
I didn’t try the affogato, but it’s available - not so (weirdly) at most coffee shops.

I came in about an hour before closing and the barista there lacked the necessary amount of customer support/satisfaction.
