Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Morgantown

Horrible service. Horrible quality of food. Horrible quantity of food. Horrible customer service from the management team. Waited almost two hours for our pizza trying to feed our kids because there's an app problem and it sends it to the wrong store and management wants to just blame the internet department for Domino's. Paid for extra ingredients call them over the phone before they made it to make sure that I was going to get extra that I paid for. ask them to simply just put a little bit extra on their due to the inconvenience of waiting an hour and 10 minutes for the wrong store to get our order only to have it canceled. I have ordered from this domino’s twice already. The first time I ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings and they came plain without any sauce and my pizza was old and cold. I attempted to order again thinking after I called and complained they would make sure this order was correct but instead I didn’t receive my order at all. When I called again to complain that I didn’t receive my order they basically blamed me for the app giving the wrong number saying that is why my pizza was not delivered.
