STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY IN THE MORNING. This location has poor customer service, I walked in after placing an order at 9:12AM, to being presently standing in the store at 9:20AM with my coffee not made, nor food items ready. When I asked the young woman behind the counter did you guys happen to call 000, she rolled her eyes and said nothing. I politely waited to see if my order wasnāt made yet and it wasnāt. Once I received my drink at 9:26AM my food items werenāt present on the Mobile Order pick up station, I moved on to the young man working the drinks to inform him I was still waiting on my donuts from my mobile order. He replied ā get it from the front ā and went back to doing what he was doing. Then when I proceeded to get in line to retrieve my donuts from my mobile order not available at the mobile order pick up station the same young man that directed me to the counter tried to come over and get the donuts after he did not want to help me. I replied since you donāt wanna help me Iāll wait and get it from here. This kind of customer service that should be not be tolerated, when this is usually a persons first stop in the morning before heading to work or to accomplish morning errands. Everyone makes mistakes. I took it back and explained what I wanted. It was as if they were punishing me for bringing my food back and made me wait until they were done with everyone else. I finally got my sandwich and went back to the car. It was cheese and bacon no jelly. I went back again. They told me I had to ask for jelly of which I did. The manager there told me I didn't say I didnt want cheese. She snatched the sandwich out of my hand and threw it in the corner where the other girl was fixing the food. She told her manager that I did tell her. I tried to explain my original order to the manager and she walked away and started serving the other customers as if I wasnt talking. Now I am nice but this is really bothering me that I was treated so rude for their error. When I received my order the bag was closed shut. I am missing the large tea, the two bacon sandwiches have egg on them (coworker is allergic) and my coffee has a raspberry shot in it, which is disgusting. I called the shop to inform them of the incorrect items and Tenisha Wright answered the phone I informed her of the missing RASPBERRY tea her response was āwell I made a blueberry tea and is someone going to come get it.ā I stated no I would like a refund.
