Taco Bell — Restaurant in Morris Township

Strike two. First visit, the 2 pack of cinnamon treats were stale, clearly from the previous day. All the tacos sat so long while we all waiting in drive thru to get them, they were soggy. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I use app second visit and walk in for order. I waited quite some time for 2 tacos. Seems quite disorganized, many of the staff were just standing around, and when I was finally approached and asked about help, the staff member just gave an instruction to EE and walked away from me. Perhaps a team leader who leads in this location will help make everyone's visit pleasant. STRIKE THREE... TOTAL DISORGANIZATION AND I WAITED OVER 15 MINS FOR 3 ITEMS IN AN ONLINE ORDER. This place as of this review just opened. Courteous staff and they aim to please. If something isn't 100% they take care of it. Have visited twice and will return again (my son is a big fan) So the above was posted eight months ago:

Today,(11/20/2023) I will add this: If you compare prices of this Taco Bell and the one in East Hanover their prices are significantly higher. Download the app pick an item and change location to East Hanover or Visa Versa. How about a sausage crunch Wrap in East Hanover for 3.69? in Morristown 5.19 that is a 1.50 more. That's a lot, like over 40% more. Other prices are similar. Perhaps if management reduced prices a little maybe they would sell more product. I get it, overhead etc but come on. Walked in and had to stand at the register and be looked at like I was crazy for 15 minutes while the drive through window was attended no one greeted me told me hey give us a min Then when someone finally came and said hey you need something I said I like a meal they said you don’t know how to use the machine behind you I said no I will pay cash the lady then walked away from me no answer and just continued to take care of the window and left me standing to then after ten more minutes come to me and say what did you want I’ll just do it for you smh not cool not good I just left embarrassing your costumers and not wanting to help is just insane and the place felt like a funeral in there smh not cool maybe I should get.
