Bojangles — Restaurant in Morristown

March 3, 2023 2nd time but in the dining room.

I got a #14 Chicken breast and wing with Cajun fries and coleslaw. Unfortunately there was no more sweet tea (probably too close to closing time) so I had to get a Sierra Mist. My husband had chicken tenders, a fish sandwich, dirty rice and Cajun fries with a Pepsi. While we sitting at the table they brought out meals to us. How nice!

Food was as good as last time. The biscuit was a little dry (crusty) on the top but just as yummy. The tenders too but they were good. The fish sandwich was slightly bland. They could put some Cajun seasoning on it.

We're still giving it a 5 star.

Yesterday Jan 10 2023 (Tuesday) my husband and I ate at the Bojangles in Morristown.

It was delicious!

I had 2 pieces chicken (breast and wing) with mashed potato and gravy and a coleslaw. He had 2 pieces (drum and thigh) with fries and dirty rice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The chicken was well cooked. I just wish I had ordered the fries but the potatoes were good. He found the fries slightly salty but to me they were perfect. I also had the Bo sweet tea and it was real good.

We will be coming back. We both give it a 5...

DO NOT USE CURBSIDE PICKUP, workers are lazy and let your good food get cold. I had just been standing up at work all day, so I went to Bojangles through my app on curbside pickup, which is recommended on the app and at the store. It said my order was ready when I got there, so I clicked “I’m Here” on the email the app sent me for order conformation. Instead, I was waiting in my car for 15 minutes longer than my order was completed. I went inside, confused and saw my order simply sitting on the front counter, complete. The worker told me I should have hit the button and when I said I did, she said oh it didn’t come through and they can’t see that so they didn’t know I was here, however, 2 workers on break were sitting at tables facing the door facing my car, who I saw glance at my car a couple times and the worker on drive through also glanced at my car many more times. Take note the parking spot I was in was labeled curbside pickup. I just don’t get how they couldn’t have noticed? It just came off very lazy. I recommend the Cajun...

Swung by on my way home from work to get some dinner for my family and was told to pull in a parking spot and they would bring my food out. They were not busy at all, had one car in front of me and one behind me then one more during my wait. I sat in their parking lot for 26 minutes before someone brought my food out, no one even had the courtesy to say sorry for your wait. When I was ordering I asked for 4 packs of honey mustard and didn’t mind to pay for it, so on my way out I pulled into the food city gas pumps to check and the only one in there was in the 4 piece chicken supreme box. I went back through the drive through and it seemed like nobody even wanted to come to the window and help me then when someone did I told them and they gave me 2 packets of honey mustard and shut the window. Just overall bad experience and entire staff seemed rude. 100% never going back to this bojangles I will make the drive to the one on S Davy Crockett Pkwy from this...
