This Taco Bell is possibly the worst I have been to. I have had so many problems in the past but I always ignored it because atleast the employees were nice. Today that changed . They always forget something from my order and today they did it again. I went up to the front to get my chips they forgot and waited for 5 minutes while the lady was counting money at the cash register and the lady snapped at me “my lobby is closed” no apology did not ask why I was standing there with a receipt… very cold and no empathy. Terrible customer service and I’m pretty sure she was a manager. I spend over 4 grand a year at this location because we go weekly if not two-3 times a week. But I think i will change my routine and give the business to Pals because they actually care about their customers. First of all why is the lobby closed, Covid isn’t a problem anymore and this is ridiculous, second of all stop making mistakes and when u do apologize and empathy with your customers instead of kicking them out of the lobby that didn’t even have a sign saying closed. I am 100% convinced that they closed the lobby bc they make so many mistakes and then people can’t return for their food they left out. Scamming Morristown probably purpose leaving food out of the bags….This is not southern hospitality you should be ashamed of...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst Taco Bell location, hands down. I did a mobile order tonight/morning and when I got there I was informed that they are out of steak and chicken. I mistakenly thought, because of how they told me this, they couldn't make my food. They proceed to tell me that I had to cancel my order in the app and it would take three to five business days to get my refund.
I tried to cancel said order and the dang app glitched, so there was no canceling it. So back through the drive-thru I go. I explained the situation and asked if maybe I could substitute some things to cover the lack of steak. Of course they said yes, I was relieved and happy at this point. I get my order thank them profusely and leave.
After we get home, we distribute the food and find out that they had completely left the grilled cheese burrito off. I had got the craving box, so I just gave my son my beefy 5 layer to eat. I open my chalupa and the thing was so soggy, it was like raw dough. The chips I got were so stale I couldn't eat them and the cheese that came with them tasted horrible and was cold. They, like always, didn't give me any extra cheese on my pinto's and cheese.
If you are wanting Taco Bell, I would highly recommend staying away from this one and going to the one across the street...
Read moreWent into store waited 10 minutes to be helped all while being stared at. Finally one said you can use the kiosk or wait. After another employee who I passed on the way in sitting in her car parked right at the front door came in from her break she took my order. Drink machine was busted and didn't work right. Employee radio was louder than the stores radio. So I ordered my food which I added a pintos and cheese extra red sauce. When my food was ready another one called my name and dropped it on the counter. As she turned I heard her say she cannot wait till taco bell pulls the registers and everyone has to order off the kiosk. At this point that is not an issue since there is a nice Mexican restaurant mia torro just down the road. And still takes your order in person. So I get to a table. First the taco broke from being dropped not a real big deal. But I thought I was getting a meat taco instead it was mostly lettuce with a thought of beef. Then I get to the pintos and cheese which instead of extra red sauce was very little sauce and only half full of beans with a light dusting of cheese which had to of fallen off something else. In short if your interested Morristown and want Mexican food do yourself a favor go to mia torro where you actually get service and good food....
