We stopped after dinner for blizzards to go. There were 4 vehicles in the drive thru so my brother-in-law & I went inside to order. When we opened the doors, there were 5 people standing in a haphazard line in front of the registers. We inquired about the end of the line & discovered 3 people were door dash drivers waiting on orders, another customer was waiting on their food order & there was a single person ahead of us yet to order. While we stood waiting, a flustered blond woman repeatedly came from the back to run credit cards on a front register since only one terminal was working for charge cards. Although there were 4 tickets hanging below the pass through to the kitchen, only 1 order was addressed at a time by the kitchen & came out one piece at a time: first a wrapped sandwich, a minute later a couple fries & then another minute or 2 later, a sandwich in a clamshell box. Over & over we watched the girl working the registers look at a ticket, grab a bag to fill the order & realize there was still a component missing. We finally placed our order after roughly 4 minutes of watching the chaos & stepped back to wait again. A 4th door dash driver came in to join the other 3 & a couple came in right after to dine in. It was over 10 minutes before their order was taken at the register. I would NOT have waited that long to order 'fast food' much less order knowing it was going to be another 10 or 15 minutes or better before I'd see the food! When we received our blizzards some time after & left, one of the original door dash drivers was STILL waiting on a food order. Our prior visits to this DQ have been similar, but they get away with it being the only game in town. If I were a delivery driver, I would definitely avoid...
Read moreHorrible service, drive thru employee named Maliyah ended up mad because she thought I purchased a 6 piece instead of the 4 piece honey barbecue tenders meal. She wasn’t friendly at all after I let her know that’s not what I ordered. I wasn’t being charged over $15 for a meal when I clearly said a 4 piece. I didn’t even receive a fork in my box, so had to go in and grab one. This same exact employee decided to also charge me 0.69 cents for a Large water when I ordered the meal and it was a water, like are you serious? Water is always free at most locations. Down bellow the 69 cents on the receipt, it said water and then $0.00. The chicken tenders had barbecue all over my box, smothered all over tenders and about two inches thick inside box where they sat. What I’m getting at is whoever added the barbecue went way overboard, definitely not necessary to use that much. I normally come here at least once a week, but they will no longer earn my business. I’m pretty aggravated over how the employee named Maliyah acted, it wasn’t a crime that I pointed out that, that clearly wasn’t what I ordered. If you hate your job oh so bad, then being in the restaurant business isn’t...
Read moreDriving home for the holiday and this is the first DQ on the route that has breakfast. I stop here every year because we miss the breakfast. Unfortunately this year was terrible. There was 1 table with 3 women. Otherwise we were the only people and waited close to 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The girl was busy talking to a guy in the drive through window who didn’t appear to be ordering anything. After the order I went to get a drink and there was no ice (9:30 AM) had to go back and ask for ice and was told she forgot. When our food arrived it was cold and my gravy had a hair in it. Went to ask for it to be heated and the worker said you are the second person to say it was cold. They realized the gravy wasn’t even turned on and seemed to find it funny. Decided to try and use the bathroom before hitting the road and those were locked. Waited at the counter to ask for it to be unlocked but after a couple minutes just left. So sad and...
