1907 Brewing Company — Restaurant in Morristown

OK everybody me and my wife visited 1907 brewery company in Morristown Tennessee Saturday. This is a very cool place. It has a lot of potential the beer prices are very reasonable me personally I think this place would do so much better if they had some sort of like bar pub food and maybe they do have rooms and a couple of corners that they could set a little stage and have somebody play guitar and sing on the weekends or on Friday nights or certain nights This place would be a gold mine. It needs a little help but it can be a cool place to go and just have a good time but they do have an arrangement with another shop down the road that makes Panini’s I’ll do a separate review on this place, but the Panini‘s were absolutely wonderful and they deliver it to the brewery I gave it five stars because of the atmosphere. It is a really nice looking place clean very clean bathrooms are gorgeous. They spent a lot to do this place now they need some type of pub food and some entertainment to draw people in when we were in there there was only four other people in the place besides me and my wife that means six this could be a gold mine, we will be back the beers are wonderful IPAs number 19 20 and 21 we like the best sorry I don’t remember the names of those beers another problem we saw was parking but you can find it may have to walk a block or two but it’s worth it. We absolutely love coming to 1907. It truly is a community "watering hole" where people from all walks of life come together. It's not stuffy or uptight. You will find elderly folks enjoying a pint, cute little old ladies splitting a flight, middle aged couples enjoying a basketball game, young families with kids, and singles coming to mix and mingle. Every time we come there, whether it's just my husband and me or with our two children, we meet someone new. Breweries are a community unto themselves, and 1907 is no exception. We appreciate how graceful the staff is with our kids, and we love being able to bring our own food and snacks. I can't believe they are about to celebrate their 1 year anniversary. I have been to 1907 a few times and every time I go I fall more in love. I was born in Morristown. I absolutely love the historic building, the old pictures and the hospitality of everyone that works there. The craft beer is different, cold and special to our town and I appreciate that. The GM Haley is spectacular and goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. This is the type of place you want to go on your first date, take your in-laws, study for your finals or just distress from your every day woes.
