Before Fri, 8/28 my review would have been completely different, I also hope to return to this establishment and never experience the same issues ever again... On a regular Friday night, I tried calling in my carryout order over the span of 25 minutes and a 10 mile drive to get my food. Unable to get through, my last attempt was answered and immediately put on hold. After 10 minutes, my line was picked up and immediately disconnected. Thinking hoping was a simple mistake, I finished my drive in and walked inside to order. It was then I noticed their facility running at about 50% like every other establishment during this pandemic, was given a 30 min wait time and I waited those 30 minutes without a problem. During my 30 minutes, I witnessed the employees answer the never ending phone rings with an immediate hang up! I commented to the server who just shut the phones up, saying "well that explains which I could not get through over the 20 min drive I had, just to order and wait 30 more minutes". 55 minutes later I am attempting to inquire about how much longer my order will be, when it finally comes out 1 hour and 15 minutes after my order was placed, being told it would only take 30 minutes. The manager of this establishment is whom I believe hung up on my hold call, as he was the only Male worker I saw and he was also the individual who gave a half a$$ed attempt at appeasing me, during my rant of inconvenience. I hope this was a fluke, as they have fantastic pizza and offer a GF alternative for my daughter. However, I feel only a 20% refund was only an added insult for my...

The food, thus far, has been delicious, but I placed a take-out order on September 25, 2018, around 7:30PM. I waited the 15-20 minutes they suggested before heading to the restaurant to pick up my order. My actual cooked food was hot and ready, but I had to wait 10 minutes for my side salads. I joked with other guests and the hostesses about it, but really, its pretty ridiculous to have your prepared meal ready and have to wait on salads. I asked them what the problem was ("just throw some salad mix in a bowl and let me go"), but apparently they were out of the bowls they usually put salads in so they didn't know what to do. After 10 minutes I got my salads in some Styrofoam trays, which is absolutely fine with me... I just don't understand why there wasn't someone there who couldn't make that decision in, like, 30 seconds. So you're out of the normal bowls... literally grab any To-Go Container and use it instead (which is what they ended up doing). It's not rocket science. Very disappointed, and the hostesses didn't seem too concerned about it. Also, I worked at Pal's for 5 years, was a manager for Bojangles for 3 years, and currently manage myself in customer service. This was a dumb situation that could have been fixed within a minute, so I have no idea why it took 10 minutes to put salad mix into two Styrofoam trays for me. Where was...

Wife placed an order for four calzones with extra marinara at 5:30 p.m. . She was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived at the store at 6:00 p.m. food was not ready and they didn't have a clue to what my order was. Replaced the order was told it was going to be 15 minutes. Ended up being an extra 30 minutes. I asked for eight extra Mariners to go with the calzones and she refused to give me that said she could only do six. Offered 10% off which barely covered the tax. Of course once I made it home the order was wrong. So I called them back and the only option was to drive 30 more minutes out of my way to bring them the food back so they could have proof that the order was wrong and they would remake it then. Obviously someone's not doing their job. I will not be dying here ever again and I don't recommend it for anybody else. If the business is in the wrong they could have handled it a whole lot different than blaming it on the new person taking the...

My husband always orders the meat calzone and absolutely loves it! I had the burger and ff once and it was good. However, the speghetti sauce given with the speghetti and meatballs could use some work and is a big negative when expecting something else, due to lack of flavor and sauce consistency, It is a bit disappointing and lightly coats the pasta. The meatballs are great. I hope for a great tasting sauce with flavor! This reminds me of eating speghettiO’s as a kid. Please understand not trying to be rude, just honest. The meatball appetizer was disappointing for the price due to the 4 small meatballs provided. We will be returning due to the calzone my husband loved!

The food was okay. Not worth the almost $70 I paid. I ordered from DoorDash (pickup) and I was expecting a pepperoni pizza for my kids. Cheese is fine but not when I pay an extra $2.50 for the meat (which was a required selection). The picture shouldn’t not show pepperoni if there is no pepperoni on the pizza. When I called they told me they don’t know what I’m talking about & to just contact DoorDash. I also ordered a kids spaghetti that had about 10 noodles in total to split between two kids. I was so excited to try this place especially being pregnant craving Italian. I think I’ll go elsewhere in the future. Hope everyone else has better experience than I did.

When my wife mentioned this place she happened to notice that they serve gluten free food and decided to give this place a try. When we arrived inside it was really dark with hardly any light, but it was well decorated and the staff was more than happy to serve us. The food was fantastic for being gluten free and they definitely had awesome marinara sauce for pizza, spaghetti and bread sticks. I would definitely give them a chance if this is a first time for anyone who loves Italian food. My only complaint is how small the seating booths were, we had some difficulty getting comfortable when the table was right against our guts.
