Upon trying to pickup two medium pizzas that I ordered over the phone, I was told that for some reason, their computer had “kicked” my order out so, I had no pizzas to pick up (no apology). I reordered the pizzas and was told they were making the pizzas right then, . They suggested I wait in my car for 12 minutes, pull up to the drive thru and pick up my pizzas, which I did. I gave it a few extra minutes, pulled up to the window gave my name and was told there were no pizzas. I drove back around the building, parked and went in. I was told that for some reason the computer had kicked my order out again (still no apology). I reminded the employee that I had been told that my pizzas were being made “right then”. I was told that if the order wasn’t in the computer, the pizzas couldn’t be made. My issue is, they told me the pizzas were being made “ right then”, apparently not. They knew I was sitting in the parking lot waiting but couldn’t be bothered to come out and tell me they couldn’t make the pizzas without the computers approval. The employee was rude and unconcerned. Customer service was not in her vocabulary. I work in food service and I understand how stressful it can be. I know how difficult it can be to work for the public. I have no problem with mistakes. I do have a problem with an employee that is blatantly rude and generally disdainful regarding a customers complaints. I never received an apology. I will never purchase another pizza...
Read moreUse to love their pizza's at the east end location. Then one night no actually 3 different times ordered pizza's for delivery and after a couple hours called up there and twice our order was forgotten and the third time the girl literally called me a liar that I never called and ordered pizza's that night. I mean who would make it up. Then she hung up on me. All I know is she better be glad my car was tore up that night cause I would have went straight to Domino's then sat and waited for police to come take me to jail. It'd been worth it though. Domino's on west end is great. And I really hate I feel like this because we ordered pizza from east end at least 2 times or more a week and it's really just turned me against pizza. Of course she was probably young so not really her fault the manager heard everything so I blame him. He just ignored the situation and that's no way to take care of regular customers. I ordered so much when I called there he would answer and say hi Lori what you need tonight so I was shocked he let her talk to me like she did and he did nothing. All it would have took was a phone call and to me told that he was so sorry for how she acted and I would have forgotten it but...
Read moreThe second time in less than a month that the pizza shows delivered but no pizza arrived. The first time we waited for almost an hour. When we called the store they claimed it was an accident, shouldn't have been marked delivered. After the phone call, the pizza showed up about 15 minutes later. Things happen no big deal. We decided to try again. Placed the order online the same as last time. The tracker showed delivered but no pizza. Called the store, they said it "the driver had to return to the store" I asked how long, they replied "20/25 more minutes" Unacceptable! I requested my order to be canceled. A short time later (less than five minutes of the phone call) the delivery driver shows up with the pizza after I canceled the order. Stated it hasn't been more than 30 minutes since I ordered it. Time is not the issue here. Told the driver the order was canceled. He did offer it to me for free and we refused. COMMUNICATION IS THE ISSUE. Domino's prides itself of its tracker and this store failed at it twice. If you're going to take longer then communicate it to the customer we as customers shouldn't have to call and find out where...
