Cruze Farm Ice Cream - Morristown — Restaurant in Morristown

I attended the Girls Incorporated give back night. I was disappointed as I didn't feel like the staff gave the appropriate consideration to the fundraiser. I am worried about whether or not a portion of my purchase actually went to girls inc as I had to tell them several times I was there to support girls inc and they neglected to give us our sticker along with other individuals we knew that went who had similar experiences. The prices are really expensive and while it's good. The story behind the brand is what makes it worth supporting. I had never been to Cruze Farms before so this was my first experience. I didn't appreciate how they handled the give back night and didn't take any pride in ensuring the purchases made for girls inc were acknowledged or that the stickers celebrating the purchase were distributed. Girls Incorporated relies on donations and grants to operate and they don't get the attention they deserve because of other agencies in the area. I hope in the future they will do the non-profits they work with...

Road Trip Gold!

We were on a family road trip through Tennessee, just looking for a good ice cream stop—and wow did we find something special.

Cruze Farm in Morristown is more than just ice cream—it’s a whole experience. From the retro red-and-white decor to the friendly farm-girl uniforms and warm Southern hospitality, it felt like stepping into a sweeter, simpler world.

The soft serve was outstanding. I got a swirl piled high with Oreos and it hit the spot—smooth, creamy, and bursting with fresh dairy flavor. They don’t skimp on toppings here either! The whole place is charming, clean, and full of little touches that make it memorable.

Usually have an amazing experience but tonight was far from that. We waited for 30 mins in line to get told we had to back out of the drive through area and park to come in because their was an event in town blocking the exit. And we was ok with that, but then as we were backing out we noticed the person in front of us getting their order taken. I feel like the people that where already in line should of been served and they could of not let anyone else in line. This way the people that waited for 30 plus minutes would had not wasted their time. We had no where to go and didn't mind setting to wait for the exit to clear. We just didn't want to have to fight for a parking spot to get out and go in. There was no parking...
