The only redeeming things from my visit here were that the food was fairly decent and there was one young lady that tried to resolve my issue. First, they were out of chicken sandwiches...at a chicken place. So, I ordered a chicken finger combo. Got to the window and the worker tried to give me the wrong order. When I told him it was wrong, he said, “Ok, they’re screwing all the orders up. Can you please pull forward and we’ll bring it out to you?”. I pull forward (with no receipt) and realize he’s charged me for the wrong/more expensive order he tried to give me. A young lady comes out and tries to give me the same, incorrect order. When I told her it was incorrect and that I’d been charged for the wrong order, she asked if I’d like to go back through the drive thru and get it straightened out. I told her no, I’d just come in and get it straightened out. She apologized and I parked and went inside. A young guy I can only assume was a manager/assistant manager, dressed VERY sloppy and unprofessionally, berated this young lady who was trying to resolve my situation telling her (among other things) that she needed to “mind her own __ business”. As she’s getting me charged/credited correctly, the manager begins chewing out the guy working the drive thru. The young lady helping me apologized once more, obviously embarrassed by what...

Actually for most people saying drive thru hasn’t been that good first and for most people have to understand it’s new people started to work there also when they have a lot of cars it’s hard to keep up with the orders but they try there best it’s not like they just Try to ruin the orders it’s not they it’s a lot of pressure on the mangers also when you have short of staff because there the only ones back there making it there gettin more people and I think the food is actually amazing and good some people have to have patience with the new people that are learning drive thru instead of just complaining it’s not like they won’t get better which they will just have to give them time new people are gettin hired everyday so they are learning how to adjust to the place so SHOUT OUT TO POPEYES because the drive thru will get better and even tho the orders might be wrong people still eat it and come back after and complain and still get a good order the next time but also just be patient they try there beat everything so if there is any negative comments you can keep it because we stay positive there good is amazing and good workers and good mangers Shout Out to Samantha she works her but off to makes sure everything is right when she gets the time and Shout out to Sam he works his but off to to make sure everything...

I walked into Popeyes at 3:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, the kind of time when you’d expect the staff to be relaxed, the fryers to be humming, and the chicken sandwiches to be practically falling into your lap. Instead, I was treated to a 20-minute slow-burn suspense film, starring me, a lonely lobby, and two employees who locked eyes with me like we were in a Wild West showdown.

No “Hello,” no “We’ll be right with you,” not even the universal food-service nod of acknowledgment. Just pure, unblinking, silent cinema. After 10 minutes of this minimalist performance art, I began to wonder if I had walked into a Popeyes or an experimental theater troupe’s dress rehearsal.

When my chicken sandwich finally arrived, I half expected it to come with an Oscar for “Best Supporting Role in a Waiting Room.” The food was fine, but the service was so slow and socially avant-garde that I’m not sure if I ate lunch or just participated in a social experiment.

Would I come back? Only if I’m in the mood for another staring contest. Next time, I might bring a trophy...

I usually go to Bojangles, but their drive thru service hasn't been so good lately, so I thought I would give Popeyes a try. I ordered a 2 piece combo with 2 thighs, regular. I was told "only spicy" was available...ok...no problem. At the pick up window, the fellow there was most friendly and engaging. I asked if the dining area was open and he said "sure, just park and bring your food in to eat." So I Did! Ok...food review (compared to Bojangles) now: Chicken was good and at the right temperature. Spicy, about the same as Bojangles. But the pieces were noticeably smaller. The biscuit was smaller too, but tastier than Bojangles. The sweet tea was good, as was the Cole slaw side. The meal was about $1 more than Bojangles. I'll be back .

Went through drive thru, staff was quick, neutral as far as customer service goes. Got home. Open the food bag, we live less than 10 minutes away... soggy, falling apart, doesn’t fit on the bun, greasy as all get out, and discoloration to the chicken on the sandwiches. Macaroni was old, fries were old and soggy. First and last time I will go there. Tried to call to leave a message for the manager, it says the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message and then it hangs up. They’ve been talking this sandwich up for months and it is honestly so bad I wouldn’t feed it to a stray. Disgusting. Customer service obviously sucks and the sandwich is not good at all. Also, side note, this was 2 hours before closing so it is unacceptable.

If I’m in the mood for Popeyes I’m never disappointed. We had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich’s with a side of their famous Cheesy Macaroni & Cheese & also tried the Ghost Pepper Wings. Everything was delicious…. The spicy chicken sandwich w/ pickles has the heat and flavor with a fluffy bun. The Mac & cheese is yummy cheesy goodness & the wings were not too spicy and had good flavor. It was a fair price for everything we got. Enjoy !! *If your not in to crunchy fried food probably not for you .
