Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Morrisville

I recently visited Dairy Queen grill and chill and was impressed with their delicious food and fantastic service. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were offering an 85 cent small blizzard promotion for first-time customers. I couldn't resist trying it out, and opted for the s'mores blizzard. I have to say, it was one of the best blizzards I have ever had! The combination of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chunks, and marshmallow pieces blended perfectly with the creamy vanilla ice cream. It truly tasted like a campfire in a cup!

Aside from the blizzard, I also tried some of their other menu items and was equally impressed. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the onion rings were crispy and delicious. The menu had a great variety of options, and there was something for everyone.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, with a clean and comfortable dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my visit. I appreciated how they made sure that my food was prepared to my liking, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out Dairy Queen grill and chill. With their delicious food, friendly service, and great atmosphere, it's a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a tasty meal or dessert. I'll definitely be returning soon to try more of...

Unless you’re prepared to waste half of your natural born lifespan waiting within the drive thru, avoid this DQ like it’s the plague. No kidding, I’d waited a good 30 or more minutes within the long line of cars.

By the time that I’d gotten to the speaker, to place my order, I was so frustrated and ticked off that I’d driven past the speaker, which is why there’s no rating for the quality of the food.

I’d decided that I wasn’t going to give them my business by then, anyway. When I finally did pull up to the take out window, I saw 6 teenagers sitting around and doing nothing, which explained the long, lengthy delay.

Upon expressing my frustration and anger, the young gal at the window smirked and turned away, not caring at all about wasting 45 minutes, or so, of my time. I can tell you this, if I was the owner, and these teenagers were my employees, I’d be making some serious personnel changes, because these kids are costing the owner lost revenue with their laziness, unprofessionalism, and lackadaisical attitude.

This is why our country is suffering, as it is, because we have too many grownups out there and not enough adults, with a grown up being a grown up body that’s controlled by a child’s emotionality.

While my visits are always amazing & I receive exemplary service today was indeed different. I approached the drive-thru and was greeted per usual but almost instantly began to be rushed by the cashier taking orders. After I stated what I would like I was immediately taken aback by her facetious response stating “Ok? And your drink? Side? Sundae??” as I was literally beginning to reply to her question she asked the same thing (less than 3 seconds later) in a MUCH more aggressive tone. Because of her customer service I declined to proceed with my order and informed her due to her rudeness I would just pull off.

This review isn’t to demand the cashier be reprimanded but this restaurant is notorious for its service, timeliness, and customer service. Maybe consider having her attend a standard Intro to Customer Service course something she would absolutely benefit from.

All in all I won’t let this one particular visit with this cashier deter me from supporting this restaurant ever again I can say I may reconsider visiting in the near future.
