Woody's Sports Tavern & Grill — Restaurant in Morrisville

this is MULTIPLE of my experiences, i kept coming back because i enjoy there wings and playing pool but- this is enough. I hate leaving reviews but that’s how disappointing this is

u get ignored all the time by everyone EVEN IF UR STANDING AT THE BAR! (they do tip share) so essentially everyone is your server which causes crappy service, once waited so long for a refill my friend got up and got it on his OWN out of the machine (there was no customers mind you not busy at all)

food takes forever which is FINE if it’s correct, or not COLD! Food was cold, waited even longer to get someone’s attention because nobody checks in either, all for some nachos, took 1 hour for me to get :(

rude waitresses/ waiters half the time- came in one time after 9pm and got kicked out because I left my ID at home and at first weren’t even going to let me take a to-go. I’ve NEVER been told I can’t eat here past 9pm and I fully understand rules are rules but FOLLOW THEM 100% of the time! Been coming here for 2 years and that was the first time EVER!)

Lastly, there ridiculous online ordering, website is constantly down so u can’t even place an order, you call and ask to place and order over the phone and they tell you they can’t with the RUDEST tone and just tell you to go to DoorDash and Uber eats- which cost extra fees and $, freaking crazy-

I truthfully feel like they target certain customers, especially people who look younger- to give them less of service, came in with my server friends (we are younger most 21-25) and once again HORRIBLE! Service. only one poor guy helped us out, once we were getting ready to leave he said he couldn’t even get our tip because he was no longer on the floor and go to the next staff ( we gave it to him privately because nobody else deserved it but him)

Overall, this place went so downhill- at least this location. After 2 years I’m finally done putting up with the crappy service of this place, really...

The people are decent at this establishment but they definitely don’t go out of their way to capture new business that could be lucrative to their tips… I’m a high tipper but was disappointed with the disregard for new business and their propensity to focus only on their old customers….as a restauranteur I empathize with that mindset… yes we have to take care of our regulars but we also need to cultivate new business… and for a businessman that spends 3 grand a month on his bar bill I think it was a missed opportunity on this particular establishments part! I wish them well but the owner lost 3 to 4 grand in bar tabs a month which I knew he could have easily had! ….I’ll still quietly frequent your establishment just to get a sense of your overall customer service but i won’t make a stink…. Not everyplace is for everybody! Don’t settle for the income “now” only attitude….look into the future and see the money coming in! …..My advise is to look at the broad picture and not the narrow dollar! There is a huge Indian community with lots of money and they’re dying to find a decent place. I’m praying you will up your game and take advantage of the $10,000 increase in your business revenue per month! God knows it could increase your business tenfold? Sincerely and best...

You'll spend longer here waiting for your order than when you visit your grandma. Waited right at an hour for food, which was a burger and fries. If not for co workers I would have personally left before then. Over 15 dollars for a jalapeno burger and fries with water, I was expecting the taste to match the price. In my opinion this is over priced bar food and the other Woody's location is way better than this. You could get a better meal and way faster service at Cookout. Coworker got a side of sauce and they charge for it. We also noticed that the menu says only one refill. Heck, they give you an hour to sip on your drink before you get the food, so you better make it count if you're drinking anything other than water! Honestly I'm shocked at the difference in service and food quality between the two locations and I'd rather drive the extra miles than come back here. With other restaurants right beside this location I can honestly say I will probably not be back. For the amount of money you will spend on your food here you are better off spending that at another restaurant where you're money will actually be well spent and your time...
