I vsit this location often but they customer service sucks i ordered a pretzel with cheese but they never put the cheese in the bag so i asked her for the cheese and she like grab the bag to look in it i dont need to lie i dont steal so for you to act like im gonna lie about a item that i paid for not being in my bag really and on top of that she was handing me my reciept like i had some kind of germ and you didnt want to touch my hand you may need a new line of work i walk away but went back to ask her name she did not have a nametag on her name was Melisa you need some training clearly even tho i left a tip it was for the othefs that were working there i dont like going to this annie anns cause they customers...

Ordered a lemonade with my pretzels, when I got it I asked for a cup of ice and was told they can't give a cup of ice so I then asked if they could pour my drink into a bigger cup to put more ice in it and they said they couldn't do that either but to give them my cup and they pouted half my drink out into another cup to add ice so I then asked why would they pour half of my drink out and they said that's the way they have to do it so I politely asked for a refund and got a drink with proper ice elsewhere and this was the manager I was dealing with by the way, I won't...

I was here around 1:00pm. Monday 10. I just confused about 2 flavors. I saw they looked the same but some customers ( vietnamese) behind me told me pick the middle one. Then I talked with her about that. I so confused. I want the lady wear the hat with 2 colors dark blue and yellow at store explain for me. But she get angry at me.when my sister pay for this order.
