Read moreWorst experience ever! First, the automated system did not pick up my order and had to reorder my entire order at the window. Then they didn't have anything but breast and had the audacity to try and charge me extra when that was all they were offering. I asked for a refund, and the manager took my card, then gave it back to me and said to give her a minute. She then goes ahead and begins the order even after I told her I wanted a refund. She said the system went down, and she was just going to give me the order. I reiterated that I wanted a refund. She then makes me pull up to the garbage can to wait until the system comes up. After about 10 minutes, she had an employee come out to my car to ask for my card. I asked to go inside with her, and I was told no. I said I was not going to just give my debit card to someone without watching. After some back and forth, the employee has the manager come outside. The manager then asked me to drive around the building AGAIN and wait in line AGAIN to receive my refund. She then asked me that if I didn't want to drive around, I could GET OUT OF MY CAR and stand in front of the drive-through window. I do not recommend any one order from that store. Terrible experience at 11pm. If I could give them 0...

The most prominent problem was the exceedingly long wait times, a clear indicator of their popularity, but also a sign of inefficiency. This was compounded by frequent instances of them running out of certain menu items. It's disheartening to spend so much time in line, only to find out your favorite dish is unavailable.
Adding to the frustration, the lobby closed earlier than the posted hours, limiting dining options and convenience for customers. While the quality of the food is undoubted, these logistical issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's a reminder that good food alone doesn't make a great restaurant experience; operational excellence is...
