I had the chance to check out this vegan Asian spot in Atlanta, and it turned out to be a really memorable meal. I ordered three dishes: the pickle fries, the creamy curry plate, and the sweet and spicy vegan shrimp plate. Each one brought something different to the table, but together they made for a spread that was flavorful, comforting, and genuinely satisfying.

The pickle fries were the first thing that came out, and they grabbed my attention right away. They arrived hot and golden, with that satisfying crunch on the outside and the tangy bite of the pickle shining through on the inside. I’ll admit they leaned a little on the salty side, but that actually paired nicely with the dipping sauce and kept me reaching for one after another. They were the kind of snack that hooks you right away—salty, tangy, and a little addictive in the best way.

Then came the creamy curry plate, which ended up being the star of the entire meal. This dish had layers of flavor that made every bite interesting, and I loved how the coconut undertones gave it that smooth, mellow richness. The curry was thick and velvety, clinging beautifully to the tofu and vegetables, making sure nothing was bland or overlooked. It was one of those plates where you keep going back because each forkful feels better than the last. The curry had both comfort and excitement built into it—familiar enough to feel soothing, but still bold enough to keep you engaged. By the end, I realized this was easily my favorite of the three dishes.

The sweet and spicy vegan shrimp plate brought another flavor dimension. The shrimp had a great texture that worked well with the sticky glaze, and the sauce struck a nice balance between heat and sweetness. It was the kind of dish where the flavors hit upfront, but then mellow out, leaving you with a satisfying aftertaste. I was impressed with how convincing and enjoyable the vegan shrimp was—it carried the sauce well, held its bite, and made the dish feel just as indulgent as a non-vegan version would.

What tied the whole meal together was the way each plate left me feeling. The curry, especially, delivered what I’d call a wholesome balance kind of fullness—not heavy in a way that slows you down, but hearty and nourishing enough to feel complete. It’s the kind of fullness that feels both comforting and energizing, leaving you happy but not weighed down.

Overall, this restaurant does an excellent job of creating food that’s approachable, flavorful, and memorable. The pickle fries kept things fun, the vegan shrimp gave me something bold and unique, and that curry delivered comfort in a bowl with its coconut-kissed sauce. If you’re in Atlanta and curious about vegan food that satisfies, this is a place worth trying. I left not just full, but impressed by how delicious and balanced...

Me and the wife were in Atlanta for a concert and were looking for vegan food near our hotel. The place was the only one in the area so we decided to check it out. We walk in and are greeted by the very friendly lady at the counter. She asks about us and where we are from, and engages in really pleasant conversation. We order the bbq sandwhich, the grilled chicken sandwich, the pickle fries and the mac and cheese. There are no tables in the place but their is a long wooden bench attached to a wall for guest to wait which was really the only negative, but the experience was amazing so I'm not going to take off a star. We get pink lemonade and the sweet tea from the self service drink station and admittedly it was a little sweet for our taste buds but I did think the flavor was still really good. The food comes out in a timely manner and we receive our food in a brown paper bag, and The optimistic front cahsier informs us it's ok to eat on the bench. We dig in and are immediately overwhelmed by how good our sandwiches are. Everything is incredibly fresh and the flavors were strong and tasty. The mac and cheese is unique as it looked and tasted like it has been grilled which was a welcomed flavor. The pickle fries were done well and exactly what you would want out of fried pickles. We buy an eclair desert cup on our way out, and eat it back in our hotel and it was consistent with the rest of the food as it was just incredible.

For anyone thinking about eating here: The food is amazing. If you don't mind either taking it to go or eating on the bench or in the turf area outside, then you will be overwhelmed by the flavors.

For the owners and staff: I don't know why there aren't tables, but if you removed the bench and put some tables inside, the place would be perfect, but as I said, the food was so good that the establishment was still worthy of...

Just moved to Forrest Park and I have vouchers to try all the awesome vegan restaurants out here. Upon entering "Envegan", the front cashier was dry, flat and very nonchalant. Kind of like the typical young customer service we all see lately at our eateries. To say the least she failed at her position. I guess there is no customer service training anymore for these jobs.

I decided to order the buffalo cauliflower "win" since it seems to be a crowd favorite, and also a order of fries. Price of 6 cauliflower wins $5.95, price of the fries a whopping $3.95! I was told 10 mins in a semi unprofessional way and was left alone. I gazed around at other items, such as cakes, protein powder and surprisingly a drink dispenser in this pandemic. All items were self-serve which is fine until I looked around and the floor was quite dirty with leaves and debris. I would have loved to see cleaning wipes by the drink area and a swept waiting area.

I heard a bell and saw my order put aside for exactly 4 mins. No one was concerned about getting my order to me what so ever and no one was up front at all. As I waited patiently at the counter now, I see a woman walking in the back area. I call out ma'am 3 times just to be completely ignored. Another woman comes out after I wave her down and explain that my order is just sitting on the side. I express subtly how rude I thought the other worker was only to be returned with she doesn't speak english.

The food was different and something I've never had before. The cauliflower wins were done pretty well with the concept of being compared to real fried wings. A little soggy but they still get a thumbs up. The fries were nothing special in mighty small packaging for a mighty big price. I will try this restaurant again with other guests and hopefully my...
