I came to this place multiple times, the prices are pricey than farmers market. I won’t complain because it’s a small store. I love the desserts here, I buy them most of the time. However, there’s something you should realize about their desserts. Every Monday, the food that are left back, are kept till they are sold. This is just an assumption. However, when I bought the Che Banh Lot (Pandan Jelly Dessert), I ate it as usual. It was quite delicious, nothing wrong, UNTIL.. I realized, the Pandan Jelly was a tad hard and chewy like you are chewing on rubber. They are supposed to be soft, and chewy like gummies. After a few hours, I experienced SEVERE stomach pain for the next couple hours. Medicine after medicine, it wouldn’t go away. I did not eat anything before nor after eating the Che Banh Lot, so there was no way for me to experience this horrendously severe stomach pain. THIS… Che Banh Lot has been probably been in the fridge for weeks or even months. I’m not too sure. Horrible experience with their Che. I would not buy it again, and I recommend you not buy their desserts as well. Other than that, this store isn’t too bad. I wouldn’t buy their desserts, that’s all. The employees seems really sweet, the lady and man cashier has great attitude, and both seems...
Read moreI go here because it's close to where I live and it has freshly made goodies on weekends and a couple of stuff they have that's not at my favorite farmers market. Otherwise I would avoid this place because their stuff are overly priced and they don't labeled their price either, that's how they get you. I normally dont look at the cash register to check the price or look at my receipt when grocery shopping but my boyfriend did one time and told me. I bought 1 home made bake good, thinking it can't possibly be over $5, turned out it was over $10. Yes, I could've ask but I'm not bargain shopper so didn't think little thing like that could be so expensive, and it wasn't good, has no flavor or anything, i bought it out of curiosity. This happened to me twice on another purchased on a different day, bought veggies, thought they were selling it by the bundle, no it was by weight. So it was my fault, but yeah they don't label items with a price and who wants to keep asking the cashier how much is this, how much is that on every...
Read moreTrinh has many food selections to choose from ranging to Vietnamese delicacies to Asian snacks. But it also has veggies and ingredients for cooking meals in stock as well. Though, the organization can be improved, like labelling the aisles. For example: an Asian snack can be mochis and pocky's. They also have drinks, such as: canned milk tea, cla variety of coffee, and lastly aloe vera (as a drink) Note: if you are a person who knows how to communicate in Vietnamese, then they also have newspapers to occupy your time with and provides insights into...
