I put in an online order for a delayed pickup. I went to pick it up after the time it was supposed to be done. Paid for it, and then was told it wasn't ready yet. Waited and waited and waited. They checked again, not ready. Waited. They checked again, not ready. We continued to wait. Finally I hear the people in the back call out they have to remake our order. No one told us this, as they should have. Different employees just kept asking my name and trying to get our order. But you can't get me my order if it was somehow messed up and had to be redone. Frustrating. Finally got our order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done and 28 minutes after the tracker told me it was done. They also need an employee bathroom. Almost every employee that came in while we were there had to use the bathroom. Another patron wanted to use the bathroom, but one of the employees was in there for a long time. And they didn't wait, they ended up leaving. They had eaten there. And had to hand off their garbage to an employee because the garbage cans were full. Very frustrating visit today. Read moreI have experienced four different issues with this store in the past two years. First one was with a delivery. The delivery person walked up to my house carrying the pizza tucked under his arm like you would a book. The pizza had slid to one end of the box. When I said something he told me, "It will taste the same." The second and third were online orders for pickup. Both times I paid on line. Both times when I arrived to pick up my order I was told that it was accidentally given to someone else. When I asked for a refund I was told that they could not do that without a manager present. So I had to sit and wait as they remade my order. The fourth time, I placed the order on line for pick up. But decided to pay in store. Again my order was given to someone else. Since I had not paid for the order I told them to forget it and walked out. With each incident I contacted Dominoes corporate. Never receive a response from them. To me that means they are telling me to "F" off! So...
Read moreEdit 10/20/18: I called and asked them if we were within delivery range and they told me yes. I called back and placed my order to my new home and they said 30 minutes. An hour later, I called back and they said I was outside the delivery range. That literally means I spent an hour waiting for pizza I wasn't going to get and now my wife and daughter don't have pizza unless I drive into town. This place is a giant freaking nightmare. I will never order from here again. I hope you heed this warning, this place is a bunch of idiots that have zero care for you or your family's dinner. They probably spit in the food.
We ordered from a hotel very near this Dominos and it took 15 minutes from the time the guy left with our food and it was not very warm when he got here.
