We love taking our kids to playplaces as kids get some energy off and we can eat in peace so we have been to a bunch of different McDonald's. This place has a "real reasturant" feel, they give you a number after you order, you set it on table and food comes to you,NICE clears the front faster and is just nice. Also Playplace is reasonably sized...now these are the only reason I'm even giving 2 stars because everything else was just a wreck. (Except the fries were super fresh) But the attitude of the employees puts a dark shadow on the whole experience. Lemme just say this first upon entering through a man door you could see a large window cling, 4ftx3ft? For the honey BBQ chicken tenders,. we made our order, and as we tried to order the tenders, clearly advertised , we were told they "aren't making those," my husband replied "you don't have any?" The lady said there wasn't a button for it. For which we replied "there is a big banner hanging up there" she then yelled to the manager and manager yelled back saying they aren't selling them anymore... My husband asked if there was something similar to sub which they rudely responed they aren't selling them...
As we are sitting at our table all of the employees were sitting behind the counter snickering about the window cling advert and situation (I could hear and see them). They did promptly take it down after..
BUT WAIT there's more. We enterimgthe bathroom toilet paper was on the floor and the sink had soap and water EVERYWHERE and there were no seat protectors in the stalls...
This is by far one of my worst experiences in a McDonald's...
10/10 will not...
Read moreI have been to this McDonald's very many times over the last several years. Currently I am in the play area and there are little kids shrieking at the top of their lungs like usual. At other McDonald's such as Wenatchee they have an area monitor/cleaner however it is really not for the children you need to monitor; it is for the adults because they do not teach their children any social skills & may even steal your table. Yes this happened to me today while I had my wallet at a table. If you come here make sure to bring a set of earplugs & possibly have your table stolen because the social skills in Moses Lake are horrible. That's why they call this city Moses Hole. I am not even certain people understand how to order their shoes, although it is quite clear communication to provide a shoe rack. The McDonald's corporation can only try to allow Moses Lake residents to act like human beings but they kind of act like animals at this McDonalds. That is why a child monitor is desperately needed at this McDonald's. This McDonald's has a lot of potential due to a lot of coming and going however you cannot get a clean table because no one cares. A lot of potential...
Read moreTo be honest they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. My friend, my son and I went through the drive thru today 2/27/2025 and ordered 2. 10 piece nuggets one in a medium meal with no salt, 2 plain cheeseburgers and a vanilla cone. I received oil soaked, cold and soggy fries smothered in salt and nuggets that were cold and squishy. My son didn't get his ranch for his fries or his ice cream cone. When I called McDonald's the lady on the phone didn't seem to even care. She said and I quote, "what would you like me to do about it." And " are you sure you have he "right" Mcdonalds?" There was no offer to refund the food OR remake it, instead I was met with attitude and treated VERY poorly!! The lady hung up on me after asking for the manager. Upon calling back after being hung up on she was VERY rude, refused to give me her name saying "im not entitled to give it to you" and REFUSED once again to let me talk to a manager. This is NOT my first incident with this SAME Mcdonalds. I have had SEVERAL other incidents with them. I had to put my nuggets in the air fryer and I couldn't even eat My fries from all the salt. Hence...
