Little Caesars — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Placed a very large order for delivery online for a birthday party. Suppose to be delivered at 7:15. I get a notification that pizza was delivered at 7:15. No pizza in sight. Call little Caesar’s- they said they deliver through door dash so not their problem. Call door dash they said they have no way to contact the driver but will submit a claim but can’t guarantee a refund since it was such a large dollar amount. 8pm get a call from Wayne stating that little Caesar’s screwed up the order and he can’t find my house. I had to meet him 1/2 way. He threw 3 pizza bags in my car. Had no idea what my order was. Said here you can have the pizza bags and all. Get home and the pizza is so old and disgusting and the boxes are smashed and I was missing 4 stuffed crust pizzas!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. No one will take responsibility. Horrible horrible experience. I am giving this store a 3 because the staff was amazing they were slammed and there were only 2 employees and you could tell they were exhausted from all the hard work and they still had a smile on their face and were so nice and helpful and were patient with my Autstic daughter who had to tell them what she wanted. But honestly that was the only good thing about this store my food was awful the breadsticks were super dark and dried out even though they just made them and my hubby's deep dish was just awful I wish I could say it was just because they were busy but this is the 3rd time we have been here and all 3x my bread sticks were awful and so dark my daughter is super picky but she lives their bread sticks where we used to live we went to little Ceasars at least once a week some times more so it is a shame that I won't be giving this location my business until they can make the breadsticks without over...

Ordered delivery for the first time last night, was not aware that door dash would be delivering(wasn’t anywhere on the website that I could find) Pizza was on time but was missing 3 of my 4 pizzas. The delivery driver blamed it on Little Caesar’s for not making the food, which ended up being his fault for not picking it all up in the warmer, but what I was not happy about is when I arrived to pick up the rest of my pizza they told me it wasn’t their problem, that it was door dashes problem as soon as I hit the delivery option.
