This store is a joke. I went in to purchase shoes for my kids. The lady rung me up and when I proceeded to pay with my husband's card they accused me of fraud. The white lady up in there who I'm assuming was the manager got loud and proceeded to talk down to me saying smaking her hands, that I was committing fraud by using my husband's card and it was a federal offense. I don't know where the hell she got her information from but it is not a federal offense. It is a breach of contract between the Creditor and the card holder, meaning that if he lends me his card and it gets stolen or someone like you precedes to try to charge me and he goes to make a claim on it he is not allowed that money because the card wasn't in his possession at the time of the purchase. The brunette said she couldn't process the payment because I didn't have the same last name as my husband. So I turned around and paid in cash I asked her if she had cancelled the purchase on the card and she said yes when I got home I went to look on my mobile app it showed that there was a transaction pending from the store. I called the store and asked, who ever answered said it woud take 3 business days for the cancellation to post and 3 days later the transaction went through as if I had used the card to purchase my kids shoes. So I went back to the store (which was 1.5hr drive) same two females were there and the white lady proceeded to talk down to me again and got loud, telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about so I asked for a receipt to see the cancelled Transaction and these 2 try to pretend like "oh that's where that extra money in my register came from". No apology for trying to scam me out of my money. I wish I had a picture of them to post. But the brunette is short, chubby, with medium wavey length hair and the white lady is light blond straight hair, average height and skinny af. Watch out at this store. I was in a couple days ago, on Wednesday the 4th, and was very unsettled by the conversation had by some of the employees there. I believe the manager was involved. I heard her tell another customer that she was the new manager and that her name is Danielle. I believe the other female employee involved said her name was Megan or Morgan, there was also another male employee contributing to the conversation but I did not catch his name. While I was shopping the employees present were talking smack about some of their other coworkers. I don’t quite remember what was said but it was something to the tune of everyone being incompetent and they laughed about it amongst themselves. It was a very unprofessional conversation to be having out on the floor. The store was also the messiest I have seen it. If this is the culture that new management is establishing then it’s needless to say that I will not continue to be a customer of this...

In other stores I’ve seen a much better variety. Everything around them opens at 9 and this store opens at 10. Many times I haven’t bothered with them because they aren’t open. If you do plan to buy something on a weekend be prepared to stand in long lines with people behind the register that are very nice but are always new and don’t know what they are doing so things move slowly.
