Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Last night while having sitting by the fire we decided to order a last minute pizza. It was close to closing but was still able to order online (10:50 order was placed). We waited paitenly for our pizza. When the delivery boy got here he was extremely rude he yanked the door all the way open when I opened it enough so my cats wouldn't get out and enough to have our transaction. As he was having me pull the pizza the rest of the way out of the box my one of my cats ran out he was snickering about my cat and that's why you shouldn't have cats. Mind you If the door was open the way I was trying to open it before he yanked it open my cat wouldnt have gotten out. My cats are 100% indoor cats. After I had gotten my cat back inside i thought I would be able to enjoy my 36$ meal we sat down to eat and took a couple of bites of the pizza. We bought a large stuffed crust pizza and we was able to eat one slice before we threw it away because the dough was raw. We moved on to the chicken to see if we were atleast abe to eat that, nope. They had no sause on them at all and as we bite into it, it was extremely chewy and rubbery. The only thing we were able to eat from my 36$ meal was the cheesy bread. The worst part was that couple hours later we both got extremely sick from our one slice and couple chicken strips. I'm very disappointed in this transaction. We go to pizza hut because of our bad experiences with dominos it looks like our small family we no longer be buying...

Ordered a Pizza online, drover over there to pick it up. 1 other customer was in the store when I showed up. The female behind the counter had her mask on her chin, another male who was assisting her had their mask under their nose. IMO perfectly reasonable considering how much masks limit O2 transfer.

However, 1 man came from around the back and instantly started to harrass me about my lack of a mask, asked if I had one. I replied no. He told me he had one for me. But I am not going to put on some random mask someone gives me, how do I know these masks arent tainted?

For the sake of the transaction I went out and grabbed my full face mask, one that actually works to keep myself from contracting anything.

All this just so I can pick up my already paid for pizza, which all he had to do was look at the receipt and hand it to me. Instead he insisted on making a big deal of the lack of my mask, but no mention of the other employees failure to wear one properly.

I am perfectly fine ordering pizza from a different location from now on, and will be sure to let everyone I know, what kind of staff members there are at...

I'll have to tell you what. I did a taste taste just the other day between Dominos, Great cheesy bread! Little ceaser. Ya and Pappa John's. Nice dough! But Pizza Hut. Not just any pizza hut but strictly " the one over there's by the Walmart". Yes that one, the one off Stratford Rd. The atmosphere has been more lively lately. I always see the employees smiling and it seems they enjoy their jobs too! And those delivery drivers. Talk about stealth delivery. They are Soo quick! I was told delivery charge does not go to the drivers. So I tip'd my driver because he was professional, funny, a true cheerful delivery driver. But yes I love my Stratford Rd. Pizza hut by far the best. The wings are totally amazing. Those little apple tarts. Yummy!!! Not to add the stuffed crust pizza melts in your mouth. I'm one for the bone in wings and the new cheesy bread. Sorry Dominos 😏. But thank you for being there when I'm hungry. That's all.. I could go on forever.
