Subway — Restaurant in Moses Lake

The front end lady was super unprofessional and rude, she had blonde died hair and fake lashes , she needs to work on her customer service. definitely made me and my mom uncomfortable because of her attitude. She made it seem like we was inconveniencing her when we walked in. We wanted our sandwich cut in half and she didn’t even try to make the cut even, one side was noticeable bigger than the other. After we pointed that out she started just slopping the toppings on there and was just giving a very weird vibe. Then after we paid I was at least expecting a thank you for coming or have a good day she didn’t say anything and just walked away. NO one should have to feel like this especially in an establishment like this and this isn’t the first time this same girl has been rude. Something...

Really slow service, ordered three sandwiches and had to repeat myself a bunch of times because the server was either preoccupied or not listening. One sandwich was a chicken bacon ranch melt. Asked her to put the sauce that came on it, she said "there's no sauce". Other worker said ""RANCH". We got order to go and drove 10 miles home and there was no chicken on the sandwich. None at all. Employees were not trained and had no knowledge of menu. Expensive sandwiches, total was 32 dollars. Partly because I paid extra for the chicken, which was nonexistent. I remember the girl measuring it out and I think she put it in the microwave and never got it out. Very disappointed....

I have had problems with this subway before, but decided to give them another chance yesterday, after ordering the sandwiches they rand them up and both were priced at 9.99, when I pointed out that the menu behind them listed one at 8.99 they couldn’t understand the problem and tried to claim it was somehow related to tax (the receipt clearly said 9.99 x2 + Tax) when I asked them to fix it they refused and said they couldn’t and didn’t understand the problem. So I left without sandwiches and went to the subway across town. They will be the last time I go in here even if...
