UPDATE: I have changed my former 1 star review to a 4 because the Regional Manager Vicki has resolved these issues, I thank Vicki for communicating with me quickly on this matter and allowing me to eat at my favorite place again. Vicki you’re awesome. (-:
I’m a frequent customer & have obviously built relationships with the workers here. Imagine my appall when an employee made me aware that the ASSISTANT MANAGER told them that they’re not allowed to talk to me while I’m there. There wasn’t a crazy line & if it was a speed issue they should be communicating with their team and work to resolve it. I strongly dislike managers who bring up problems and offer ZERO solutions, in this case they created those problems. I’m sure the managers “could be” good people outside of work but GM & AGM at Taco Bell isn’t for them as encouraging your employees to be confrontational and putting them in potentially confrontational situations is insane and you are actually supposed to prevent it or de-escalate it should it happen not create it and foster it.
UPDATE: the GM and AGM at Taco Bell have now “banned” me for this review because they say I’m a “safety” issue and they heard from “someone else” that I was talking about their ASSISTANT MANAGER (I was not). the only time I spoke about the ASSISTANT MANAGER was on her poor work habits on here. Also if you have a concern with them don’t mention their name in the survey bc they’ll threaten to sue for “defamation of character” despite being non-notable/remarkable people, wear name tags, and ENCOURAGE YOU to do surveys. ALSO here are images of their carelessness in running a shift: wet floor with no wet floor sign and the carelessness when preparing customers items. The food is the representation of what the AGM & GM are willing to produce for paying customers. The employees & Shift leaders are excellent people but they need a reliable GM and AGM that work with actual integrity not spitefulness & resentment who foster positive & safe work experiences & not create the...
Read moreRequested a midnight berry freeze, which is listed on the main drive-thru screen menu, aswell as on the small order screen. Very much featured and up in your face. We were told this was no longer available. While during trying to find a different drink, due to unavailability and deciding what cravings box to buy, we were rushed through ordering and received huffy responses from the gentleman through the microphone. At the window, I inquired as to why the drink was so majorly featured, if no longer available, which was what was stated. The gentleman corrected himself that it was not, ‘no longer available’, the syrup was temporarily out, and had been out for several days. At this point he was raising his voice to drown out my next inquiry- I inquired as to why no one had put a small note on their screen, to indicate the unavailability, considering its plastered everywhere, and was promptly ignored, the gentleman neglected to have any consideration whatsoever and acted as if he was being attacked by unruly customers, who were merely asking a specific question, shoved the window shut before the full sentence was even uttered, and had to have someone else hand us our change and food. Who also did the same, shoving us food and a rushed goodnight before shoving the window once again shut, though we barely bothered to respond considering our previous treatment, and continued window snubbing. All while no one was behind us. Just because we wanted to inquire, return our service, come back when said syrup is in stock, available, and order to our hearts content. Out of so many places we could have gone, after all the menu items that have been removed- still remaining loyal. It’s not like we were only ordering a berry freeze. Please hire people who are comfortable communicating with customers without rushing, and becoming easily flustered or...
Read moreI've only had 1 bad experience at this taco bell orders are usually fast and if they aren't they include cinnamon twists for being slower with your order. If you receive your food and your dining in and have a issue you can simply walk up to the counter tell them about it and they will fix it right away. I've had them argue with me only one time never had them give me any trouble other than that one time they just flat out fixed the problem. As for their menu they usually have some sort of special going on like a 5$ big box or a unique item like nacho fries for 1.29$ and they always have their dollar menu. Secret about the big boxes though ask them what boxes are currently available not all are displayed on their menu and that's it. That is how you can get your issues resolved and get food that doesn't cost a fortune 5/5 from me. Also please note i rarely ever go through the drive through so i have no idea what that is usually like on a consistent level. I do frequently dine in once a...
