I called yesterday afternoon to place an order. A lady named Crystal answered. She was very pleasant and friendly and efficient. She took my order, repeated it back to me, and said it could be ready in as little as 5 minutes ! I told her that was great, and that my husband was on his way. When he got there everything was ready. It was hot, fresh, and made just as we ordered it. I always call a restaurant the next day, if we have had a good experience, because I know from experience, (37 years in the restaurant industry), that people usually call when it's bad, but not when it's good. When I called this morning, Crystal answered the phone. I began to explain that we had place a pick-up order yesterday and she said "Yes, I remeber you. This is Sherry, right?" She even remembered our order and the special requests we had made ! That is great customer service ! We have lived in Moultrie for 3 1/2 years and this was the absolute best experience we have had with a fast food restaurant, in that entire time. I believe that this Arbys location will be our favorite place...

Me: pulls up to window Ma'm, I just want the burger not the whole meal. Attendant: you will only get the burger because the waterline is broken. Me: okay but I won't want to be charged for the whole meal when I am only getting the burger. Attendant: that's the price of the burger. Me: the sign says just under seven dollars for just the burger. Attendant: yea that because you got the deluxe. Me: oh okay. Attendant: hand me burger and card back with no receipt Me: drives off to go to a different drive thru for a drink looks up the price of the sandwich online...says starting at 6.99 and varies by location....I paid btwn 11 and 12 dollars for the dang thing! Read moreI travel all over thr country for work, and this Arby's is one of the worst. They were out of fish, fries, and other things. They got my order correct, but my coworker ordered a beef and cheddar. He didn't get his cheddar. So he went to the counter and they tried to charge him $.40 for the cheddar. At this point it should have been free, since they had no fries, fish etc. and all he was able to order was the sandwich. The kind girl on the cash register offered to pay the $.40. We wasn't going to let that happen. It wasn't about the money. It was about principles and doing whats right. He finally got his cheddar and we could here the manager severely scold the young girl over $.40. This is very unprofessional and I feel the young girl should find employment somewhere else. She was the professional one in the whole situation. The manager was very unprofessional and shouldn't hold that title. I ran a business for years and would have fired her on the spot if she was...
