Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Moundsville

Amazing pizza, great prices, alwas very clean great staff, but if you haven't been to a Domino's let me tell you about their store in a lot of detail you didn't ask for. You're on drive back from where you went, and you feel really hungry you're craving pizza but the only place that's open near you is Dominos. You walk inside and get blasted with the smell of pizza that just makes you more starving. you ask them for what you normally get at a pizza place they said it will be done in 20 minutes, you sit down and wait you can smell the garlic they put on the crust And the topping going on they they put it in the oven you can almost taste the pizza. In the air then they call you're name and place the pizza on the counter you hand them 4 dollars because it's a Wednesday. You take it to your car and start to drive back home but the aroma that the pizza is giving off is too much you pull to the closest parking spot and open the box. as you grab a slice of pizza it tilts from being so hot; you take the first bite and you get transported to pizza heaven you start to devour the slice and get down the crust in seconds. and take a bite and taste the garlic salt and nice fluffy bread they mix so well to your surprise; you grab a second slice then a third and fourth, fith, sixth, seventh, eighth, and it's gone you fell warm and full, you drive back...

Their pizzas are never consistent as far as the amount of toppings, which they skimp on. I specifically ordered their $7.99 3-topping pizza and told them that they did not put enough tomatoes on it last time so this time around they charged me for an extra tomato topping. When I complained that I had ordered a 3-topping (and not a 4-topping) pizza they would not adjust the price. The manager's only remedy was to make me wait 15 additional minutes for a new pizza which they would not have capable of getting right. Very, very poor customer service even by Moundsville's lack of standards. One expects consistent quality and at least good customer service. At the Moundsville Domino's you get neither. The one thing that they do do consistently is get nothing but 1 out of 5 star...

This dominos absolutely crushes all of the other ones in the valley. The prep times are fast & reliable, the delivery drivers are punctual & friendly, & most importantly: the pizza from here is SLAMMING! Oh yes, and you get an excellent deal compared to the other pizza shops in the area. Dominos used to be my husband’s absolute favorite… until they changed their recipe. We’ve ordered from other local dominos & he HATED it! So when I ordered from this one, he was disappointed. When he opened the box, though; he was like “wait a minute! This looks like the old dominos”, and when he took a bite: he was beyond excited that it was the closest flavor to the original. This turned into a novel 🤣 Bottom line here: Glen Dale Dominos is the best one in the area...
