I've gone here a lot and usually it's alright, but after my recent experience there I gotta give it some criticism:
The first time I had the "Please pull up to the front parking and we'll bring you your food" experience was a few months ago, and after a half-hour wait I went inside to find out they straight up forgot. No biggie, accidents happen and they apologized.
The second time was my most recent experience. Got asked to pull up to the front parking lot and after about 15-20 minutes or so I got my order (A Wedsnday Whopper and a few other things).
Got home, opened it up, and it's just a normal Whopper. I paid for and expected a fun purple bun. It may not seem like a big deal, but it's the fact they didn't even bother to tell me "Hey sorry but we are out of the purple buns for the Wednesday Whoppers". That wouldn't have bothered me at all. But they outright lied by not telling me, and I take a bit of issue with that.
I dunno, maybe I'm being a bit harsh. But I don't feel it's right to buy something limited-edition/special and get a regular burger, especially after waiting so long to get it in the...
Read moreVery disappointed. Was stuck in the drive thru lane for I'm not even sure how long. Since apparently the speaker box wasn't working despite the worker at the window who claimed it was working. No signs or anything on the speaker itself.
Awefully strange that said worker pulled up the car ahead of us but only kept looking back at us sitting there like she was expecting something to happen. While we waited put our order in the speaker box. Finally we had to pull forward to find out what's going on after waiting so long.
The worker claimed that their all backed up. Curious how that works when the only one in front of us is a single car at the pickup window waiting for their order.
While a line of 5 cars sitting behind us all waiting to order.
I can understand if y'all are under staffed and having a hard time. Though this just seemed like utter incompetence. No communication between employees or to their customers.
Won't be coming back to location anytime...
Read moreThere's nothing better than a hot and fresh whopper from Burger King, But I tell you its nearly impossible to find. I specifically asked for freshly cooked whoppers and insisted that I didn't mind waiting if it took a few minutes bc I was ordering my food to go. Got my food and opened my whopper and it was once again the furthest thing from fresh. I just don't get it. Is it that they don't understand what fresh means or just don't care whether or not they have your business. Freshly made and freshly cooked are 2 different things. Freshly made means grab an already cooked patty throw on some fresh veggies. Freshly cooked means I just took it off the grill be careful it is...
