My husband and I stopped in to get coffee before a road trip. No one greeted us when we got in--okay, fine. I was the only person inside and there were two cars in the drivethrough. I stood at the counter, waiting to order while my husband went to the bathroom. (He gave me his order in advance) No one acknowledged me, said I'll be right with you, or anything. At least three employees walked by me in the 2 minutes i was standing at the counter, one of them being a girl who was ironically wearing an "i love my job" t-shirt, but everything about her screamed "i hate my job." My husband came back, asked me what I got, and it was about 10 seconds after that, that the employee that hated her life came up and asked what i wanted.

I have been here almost every day since they opened on May 9th, 2022. Today was the first day I haven't seen a line through the whole parking lot and the inside of the store was mostly empty. Those who've complained about the wait before this date have no empathy for a highly anticipated store that just opened and workers who were absolutely overwhelmed by the demand! As of today at 1:57 PM they are now on Check #9705 - assuming they started with Check #0001, that means they've been dealing with an average of almost 1,300 orders a day! A year later and my drinks still end up messed up and I swear some employees have got slower. I asked for a signature Carmel craze Iced without whipcream in store like I was standing there in person and did not get my receipt to know my order number.
