McDonald's — Restaurant in Moundsville

I was handed my drink and then asked to pull into spot one because they were waiting on fries. So I waited and watched the eight vehicles that were behind me in the drive-thru, get their food, and drive away. 27 minutes go by, and I catch an employee who was walking another vehicle's food out to them, look over and saw my truck and immediately went back in and within a couple of minutes was walking to me with my food. It was obvious, of course, I had been forgotten. A total of 11 cars dove away with food and 30 minutes had passed as I sat in spot 1, "waiting on fresh fries" just to be given a bag of old fries barely even warm, nuggets, and a burger with not even a "sorry for the wait" This type of thing happens more often than not. Only reason I even go there is due to the convenience and McDonald's is the first one I pass. Moral of this book, if you had forgotten about someone waiting an unacceptable amount of time on "fresh fries", you should AT THE VERY LEAST put FRESH FRIES in the bag and a quick "gosh, I'm so sorry we had you waiting" would have been a better route to take than just tossing in the bag and running away incase I wanted to battle about the situation. I usually don’t do reviews or have any problems with this McDonald’s unless it’s DoorDash but we pulled into the drive through and I simply asked for a large number 2 bravo meal and this woman who sounded aggravated and unprofessionally was taking our order says “we don’t have that” and as I was trying to explain what I was trying to order she kept talking over me with attitude and messed up our order, what we ordered was a two large cheeseburger with extra pickles and with a large caramel frappe, then a large number two bravo (quarter pound with bacon) with a medium mocha frappe and what we got was two small fries, and of course no extra pickles. When we pulled to the “pay here” window we thought it was the woman who was giving us attitude but turns out it was a older woman who was sweet and nice professionally and asked us to pull into the drive through number 2 spot in the parking lot for our meals and as we were waiting a younger woman walks up to us and aggressively hands us our food and gives attitude and mumbled something as she was walking away and I was unable to figure out...

I arrived at the drive-through at 9:50 on a Saturday. There were about 6-7 cars in the line at the time. It took OVER 20 minutes to get our food. When I pulled up to the order box, I waited for about a minute. They asked what I wanted. I told them I wanted a sausage egg and cheese BISCUIT and a burrito combo. The person taking the order said sausage egg and cheese MCmuffin. I tried to correct them but was cut off by please pull around. The order screen still had someone else order on it. I pulled around, and the cashier asked if I was the one who had the MCMUFFIN. I told her it was supposed to be a BISCUIT. When I went to the pickup window, they asked if I had the two mcmuffins. I told them it had the biscuit and the burritos. This was ignored. I opened the bag and there was a mcmuffin and not a biscuit. The wait and the accuracy of my order is why I gave them a low score. The food was great, nice, hot, and fresh. The fact that two people could not clarify my order is unacceptable. I should have gone to Wendy's a few hundred feet away. They...
