Wendy's — Restaurant in Moundsville

I would avoid the Moundsville Wendy's. The food is always lukewarm and dried out as if it's been sitting in the cabinet all day. Chili is cold and sandwiches are assembled inconsistently. Always forgetting to give straws, spoons, and napkins. They always have inventory issues- regularly out of meat, chicken, cheese, and cups- essential ingredients for the majority of their menu items. Things are constantly made wrong and there's always someone complaining that they received the incorrect order. Constantly forgetting drinks on DoorDash orders. They will lock the lobby doors unreasonably early and then when you go through the drive thru tell you that you need to come in for delivery orders... When you cannot physically get inside. Expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes if you are picking up Doordash or Uber Eats orders. They will tell you to pull up when you're the only person in the drive thru and no one is behind you. Sometimes they will utilize the pickup rack- sometimes they won't. They will neglect to give you a drink carrier for 3-6 drinks and just stare at you as you're trying to hold everything in preparation to take it outside. They have big "to go" bags but most often they will opt to lay 7 individual bags on the counter with loose milk and apple juice.. not even offering to help or ask if you'd like a bigger bag. Quite frequently at night they will claim the internet is not working so they can't make any food. When you are delivering this is a pita as Wendy's has already been paid for the food online- they could easily theoretically ask what the customer ordered, write it down, and then prepare it rather than just refusing to make it. There are nights they are "understaffed" as one guy is trying his best doing every single job for presumably one salary while there will be a literal child in the lobby working mopping the floor...

I was unsure about writing this review because I don't want people to swamp this place and take what I love so dearly. I've lived in three different states. I have seen the horrendous baked potato quality that has been put out there but other Wendy's establishments. I've always been a big baked potato fan and I'm always happy that Wendy sells them. Until I came here I didn't realize how amazing the quality could be from Wendy's with their baked potatoes. I didn't understand the fast food nirvana that could be passed through my lips exciting my taste buds like I have reached Olympus. This establishments perfectly cooked baked potatoes are the best thing that has ever happened to me in my 30 plus years of life. I know that's only because they have great employees that do their job and take their job seriously. If you work here please know that you make my life full of joy with how much you care and baby your baked potatoes. They're always the perfect temperature, perfectly done. I've NEVER received a bad, overcooked, brown, hard potato from this establishment in Moundsville. Honestly every single time I go which is at least once a week for these amazing baked potatoes they're perfect every time. I was even late for my wedding because I needed a potato pick me up. It didn't even phase me because I each time I go I'm never disappointed. If you were like me searching for baked potato heaven I urge you to come here because this is where it's at. A true outmatched experience for any baked potato expert and enthusiast. I'm so thankful for you everyday Moundsville Wendy's and the baked potatoes that you serve me. Visited 6/22 I am new at using the app Nobody in the drive-through or general manager couldnt help me. A long wait in the drive-through 45 minutes. When I got to the window i told general manager I will just pay full price he specifically told me it was a problem I was holding up the line. Chicken nuggets were cold nuggets were cold and real hard looks like French fries were chopped up there was fries chopped in pieces. Order wasn't how we ordered it. I called and spoke to him regarding my order and fries all chopped up! He was very mean and sarcastic he said that is how I give them to my customers. I said Why would you do that with my order is it cause i held up your line! I told him my food was cold he said that's how he does it to his customers! He was raising his voice to ne and didnt let me finish talking. I said im calling cooporate office on you. My order wasent edible a waste if money my Husband I or my Pops didnt get lunch I said you are not management material whatsoever you are the worst Wendy's employee and Manager I've ever went to. Waiting for a phone call back from the corporate office this is uncalled for. My pops is 97 years old a World War II but we're too vet and he says what's the matter with that guy you don't know how to treat you right. He got me so agitated I didn't feel like eating anything when I got home I'm irritated he was rude sarcastic and...
