Uncorked in Mayberry Wine & Craft Beer — Restaurant in Mount Airy

My wife and I were wandering thru downtown and stopped in around 430 on Friday. They were pretty busy, but made time to make sure every had a special and unique experience and catered to each of our specific tastes. Such a great local feel, local products inside, friends dropping by with some fresh veggies for the staff. I felt like I found some secret local’s hangout. Very neat gifts too. We had so much fun, I’m betting we will be back another time on our long weekend...

Wine was okay, but the experience was not. The owners had their dog in there, and my children were excited to play with it. The dog was peeing on the floor from excitement. The owner told me the kids needed to keep the noise down because it was scaring the dog, so I had to make them leave the establishment. Another couple brought in a German Shepard that was BARKING at their dog, and that was fine I guess....

Austin and Erica are so awesome! We absolutely fell in love with this place. When we came for our second visit they called us by name and remembered our drink preferences. We met some awesome folks that are regulars there too and had so much fun . Good music added to the festive vibe. The decor and atmosphere are great but the people make this place special. We will return to Mt Airy just to get...
