Mediocre food, abysmal service and outrageously expensive. We spent $160. I've had better pizza from Little Ceaser's for $6. After reading the rave reviews, we saved up our money & brought our family here for lunch. We ordered garlic knots (which admittedly were good) along with 5 completely different pizzas, so you can't say we didn't try a variety of items. The water they bring out is tap water & tastes of sulphur. The ice also has this taste so avoid anything with ice (like a fountain drink). My wife has Celiac, so has to be gluten free. She ordered the cauliflower crust (upcharge of $5) and asked for a cheese pizza. The waiter recommended the Dora-Rita. Heads up. This is just a cute way of saying "Margherita" but the waiter never clarified that. What she got was a burnt cracker crust with a layer of sauce and virtually no cheese. My mother-in-law also got a Dora-Rita (not GF) and it had a thin layer of cheese over it. When my wife asked why these were different, the waiter argued with her, eventually bringing out the menu to show her that this is what she ordered, insisting that this was her fault and that she should have gotten something else. We asked that he go back and add more cheese to this "cheese" pizza. He refused. Said it would burn the pizza even more. He never offered to remake it or correct the issue. After a minute or two of arguing, he eventually said he'd be willing to bring out "fancy" parmesan for her. We saved up money for this "deluxe" experience. My wife spent her meal with tears running down her cheeks because she knew we wasted our money. In the end, we could have gotten a better GF pizza at Aldi for $8. I know the reviews here are overwhelmingly positive. I'm hoping to help you avoid the costly mistake we made by choosing...

We weren’t super happy with our experience tonight. The pizza was ok, our favorite was the sausage party. The goat cheese pizza with balsamic glaze and arugula was very very dry not sure if that’s how it’s made or if it was an off night 🤷🏼‍♀️ All the pizzas the toppings just feel right off and we had to eat with a fork, whoever is rolling the dough was going wayyy too thin in the middle to where it was just soggy and limpy. We ordered the dessert apple pizza to go because we had little kids ready for bed. We got the Nutella pizza instead and sent it back to correct, the waitress said 5-6 min and that turned into another half hour. She apologized but wasn’t super apologetic and never offered to comp anything or maybe throw in an extra scoop of ice cream. Honestly not looking to get anything free but coming from another business owner when a mistake is made and causes that much of a delay you should definitely at least offer something. We may be back to give it another shot honestly I’m not sure since there are so many other choices for pizza...

Service was absolutely terrible. The server took our order, didn’t bring plates or silverware. Pizza came, still no napkins, plates, nothing. Pizza was very soggy. We asked our server for plates, napkins, and silverware to which she reacted as if we were bothering her. She then came back with less plates than the number of people in our table and said they didn’t have enough clean plates at the moment. I look to an empty table beside us with two clean plates, napkins and silverware. I ask her if we could use those and her response was “no, because that table is reserved…”. Our table had also been reserved so go figure (by the way no one sat during the time we were there). Our friend’s pizza came and he had also ordered spicy honey, which also never made it to the table. Drink order took a good while to arrive. The only thing that came quickly was the pizzas. The server treated us with a huge attitude and little service to none. For the price, go...

We visited BP Pizza Bar on a difficult day, as my sister had just passed away a day earlier. The Bartender was so welcoming and eventually learned about my sister and was incredibly considerate and kind to us. He even concocted a craft cocktail and called it "The Nancy", after my beloved sister. (see his hand-written recipe below) We live here in Mount Dora, and we are excited to finally have a great brick-oven pizza spot downtown, with a focus on fresh ingredients and great service with a small-town feel. Thanks to Jason for lifting our spirits that night, for his kindness & creativity and for the AMAZING pizza! We are already BIG FANS and will be back soon!

Sunday date night- Great environment, 10/10 food, super fresh ingredients. Music selection was on point. We got the “Don’t Stand So Close To Me”- house made dough, garlic butter, mozzarella cheese, oregano, cut into slices, with marinara. Super quick on the ”bites”! For drinks: we got the “Peanut Butter Jelly Time”, “Dirty Chai’Tini”, Sweet Dreams with an added shot of gin. Would recommend the peanut butter jelly time to EVERYONE! We also ordered the Pepper Mi-Roni: Fire Roasted Marinara, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Parmesan, micro greens. And fell in love! Absolutely fantastic for the intimate service, selection, price, and the amount of time.
