McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Holly Township

I cannot put into words how merely disappointing my multiple visits have been. I've reached the "tipping" point today, when my Bacon Cheese Quarter Pounder came with ONE tiny piece of bacon. They forgot the nuggets, so my youngest sibling didn't eat anything but some depressingly unsalted fries that were put in the bag upside down. The reason I put quotation marks around "tipping" is because of how much they do not deserve a tip.

The employees are careless teenagers who get paid to walk around and listen to orders incorrectly multiple times in a row. After they charged us for the nuggets we weren't given, and the Quarter Pounder that's missing quite literally all of it's bacon. We can't prove our purchase of nuggets either, because we try to remain polite and not ask for a receipt, as to not insinuate that we think their service will be bad. They get it wrong every single time, still. We always have to wait 15+ minutes for them to microwave their food. Always when we're in a rush, too.

The ONLY reason we go there is because the Coca-Cola there is decent and it's not a long drive. People are unemployed because nobody can hire them, and these delinquents are wasting available jobs that enthusiastic, competent employees could take as to support themselves and their significant others/families.

The bag ripped and the Coca-Cola spilled in the car, as well. This is genuinely depressing. Spare yourself the money AND your dignity, do not go here. Especially when their prices are...

As always I ordered three number 7’s.with just the meat and cheese and a number 6. it took a very long time for her to understand that and put the order in then when we went to pay, they told us to go wait in lane #3 . we waited a very long time and when she came out she didn’t have our drinks she didn’t have our french fries but she had Cheeseburgers just meat and cheese and no bun! When we explained we wanted a bun and that’s how we always order it. We were reprimanded. I have never experienced this in all my years taking my children and now my grandchildren! Again, she came out without the drinks without the fries just these burgers wrapped with cheese . When she came out the second time with the order 10 minutes later, she had another woman with her who wanted to tell us that we need to learn how to order at McDonald’s or that we shouldn’t go there. I Told her we order at McDonald’s and that’s how we always order it for my granddaughters and we’ve never had a problem before. She told us we need to learn how to order and was very nasty. when we left. and open the bag there were only five cheese not 6!!! I called and spoke to the manager Mike who basically said we could come back for the other burger, but he at least acknowledged that we did order it correctly and he would speak to his help. Drove through to grab something small and quick to hold me over since I'd eaten nothing all day... ordered a 6-pc nugget and medium fries. THAT'S ALL. Pathetically enough, my order came to almost $10. I pulled up, and they handed me just the 6-pc nugget. I said there were supposed to be fries and 2 sauces along with that as I know I didn't just pay almost $10 for 6 nuggets. 3 times, she just kept saying it was not on her screen, then finally asked for my receipt, I handed it to her, and sure enough, my entire order was there and paid for. So they go back to get my fries and sauces, and I finally leave. They weren't busy AT ALL, literally no one in drive-through, and maybe 2 cars parked outside. I get home and live only 2 minutes, if that from there... OF COURSE, my fries were OLD AF AND COLD! Good job, McDonald's, good job. You should be ever so proud to hand the only person in the drive-through old, beat ass fries! THEN, they kept my receipt, so I couldn't do the survey from that and at least get the code they give you for next time... I guess there's not a next time! Just pathetic. What's to even get? Do your job! You wouldn't want those beat ass fries. Why the HELL do you expect...
