Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

If I could put one thing in my obituary it would be “go to the Lebanon road dominoes cause Ethan is there” let me tell ya I’ve been ordering from this location for the past 4 and a half years but just this past week I decided to go inside and let me tell ya I haven’t been the same ever since let me tell ya that was a life changing experience get this I walk into my already favorite dominoes and that’s when I saw him his hair blowing in the wind a sparkle in his eyes at that moment I saw the clouds open up and God himself leaned down from heaven and whispered ever so gently into my ear “that’s Ethan dude” right then and there I fainted and let me tell ya idk if you’ve ever fainted on an empty stomach but let me tell ya it is no pleasant experience so I was glad to wake up surrounded by dominoes employees and there he was Ethan feeding me bread bites because I let me tell ya I could tell that he knew my pain, my struggle 🥹 and let me tell ya I got up from that squeaky clean floor and I said “Ethan my SAVIOR I DEMAND your FINeST Chhheese pizza at this moment” and wouldn’t you know it he had one already ready for me in the box and everything almost like we were intertwined and let me tell ya I walked out of dominoes that day feeling like a million Bucs all the weight had been lifted off of my shoulders and I had met the most magnificent majestic man alive ETHAN THE DOMINOES GUY AND LET...

We get our delivery pizza and it was wrong! The driver apoligized called the manager(Ashley) and the guy who took the order over the phone messed up. Then we wanted to call the store to make sure we get our sauces. My husband try's to call, but the guy hung up 6 times on him! I call once on my phone and they answer right away! Clearly phone numbers pop up on their phones and the guy didn't want to deal with my husband at all. This is the second time they've messed up on our order with in a couple of weeks!! Ashley didn't know what to say over the phone but "sorry". Definitely calling the corporate office for their unprofessionalism.

The first time they messed up our order when we did carry out. My husband goes in to pick up the pizza, turns out they gave away one of our pizzas(a gluten free pizza). So my husband had to wait another thirty minutes. Comes home and turns out they forgot to give him his sauces that he paid for. So he goes back and the person at the front hands it to him without him saying anything cause she knew she forgot.

It's not that hard to mess up orders! But it takes real talent to mess...

This Domino's on Lebanon Road is awesome! A complete 180 from the other location in Mt. Juliet! After having a horrible experience at the other location on Pleasant Grove Road, we gave this one a try. SOOO much better! Amazing customer service, good food, accurate, & fast! They show concern about how our pizza is cooked...they were concerned it might be over cooked...but, it was fine both times. I have never had an employee ask if our pizza was cooked alright, at any other Domino's, or any other pizza place for that matter. At least they show they care, as opposed to being yelled at by the employee at the other location. They really went above & beyond last night when we picked up our order. Please, keep up the good work, & thank you for the outstanding customer service!! Give some pointers to the other one across town! Seriously. We will keep coming back to this one! On a side note, the wings we ordered were kinda small, but I know they'll taste good. Can't beat getting enough food for us both to eat like 3-4 meals each for the price we paid!...
