Would rather the baristas read the label to double check for quality control instead of drawing on my cup. It's really frustrating! I pay for Uber to deliver my drink and my whipped cream request is frequently left off. I tip the drivers extra as well when I ask them to double check my order. Sometimes they do read my request and others they ignore. I work hard and I spend an astronomical amount of money for my Starbucks. I don't think asking for whipped cream is a difficult request. If Starbucks charged for whipped cream I would pay. I wish I enjoyed other coffee shops, so I would be done with this, but I don't like the taste, so I'm stuck... I'm a loyal everyday customer, I wish your location cared.
Sorry not sure how to reply to Starbucks response. Starbucks makes the drink....I order Starbucks through Uber Eats. Starbucks baristas still label my drink like normal....and it says add whip....
I have mentioned this to Uber.... to tell Starbucks. The Uber drivers don't make my drink...and I ask them to double-check Starbucks work.
Which is why I stated quality control...instead of the writings or while writing on my cup maybe check to see if the drink is done correctly. I'd rather have my whipped cream and my drink made correctly than a smile or a heart or being told, "I slay," or called, "Queen".
I'm a daily customer whether it be through Uber Eats or going to the store directly. Depending on how busy I am at work for my week determines if I Uber Eat Starbucks daily or go to the store directly.
I'm just asking for quality control...check the drinks and put a straw in the bag.

I ordered a strawberry açai lemonade refresher using the Android app. When I arrived there were no strawberries in the beverage. I inquired about this and was told, "We are out of strawberries." I asked if there was a price adjustment for excluding what must be the most expensive ingredient in this beverage. I was informed by an employee, rather gruffly, she would not adjust the price because the beverage was priced the same, with or without strawberries!?! 🤔 Apparently, it is company policy to increase an already high gross margin on this over-priced sugar-water drink when the titular ingredient is out of stock. While I take issue with this policy, it doesn't really surprise me given Starbucks' pricing structure. Their policy is not the imputis for my ⭐ ⭐ rating. I already know about their corporate greed. Simply put, the employees receive the two stars for how they implemented the policy. And then completely failed in customer service . I was clearly upset and irritated with the incomplete beverage they had ready for me. Unfortunately, the attitude I received smacked of, "you prepaid on the app, we made it according to policy, and you should be happy with what you have." 🤯
