I’m bringing to your direct attention a blatant and ongoing violation of health and safety standards at one of your Dunkin’ locations—an issue that demands immediate and uncompromising action. A staff member named Michelle has been repeatedly observed vaping inside the store, in full view of customers, while working near active food preparation areas. This is a flagrant breach of both food safety protocols and basic professional conduct.
To make matters worse, I personally caught the same employee vaping outside the store near the parking lot, still in uniform and visible to customers entering and exiting the building. This only reinforces her complete disregard for the standards and public image your brand is expected to uphold.
What is most unacceptable is that this behavior continues openly—without consequence. Management and ownership have either chosen to ignore the issue or failed to exercise even the most basic oversight. That is not only negligent; it is a direct reflection of failed leadership and a serious liability for your brand.
Let me be absolutely clear: this conduct is not just inappropriate—it is dangerous, unsanitary, and in direct violation of public health expectations for any food service establishment. It puts customers, including families with children, at risk, and it undermines the trust your brand has worked to build.
I fully expect Dunkin’ and Inspire Brands to investigate this matter immediately and enforce your corporate standards without delay. Anything less would signal tolerance for behavior that is entirely incompatible with the values and responsibilities of a national food and beverage chain.
I trust you will act decisively and...
Read moreThe food tasted great just as I expected from any and almost every dunkin'. The only gripe is first I had to order Ubereats even though I was in the property, because I was in the area without a vehicle. So being hungry and needing to take vitamins I ordered a double sausage thin bread sandwich, two orders of the tastiest hashbrowns I've had in my life and a chai tea! Mmmmmmh, right?! Here's the issue, Ubereats allowed for tip notes for my order from dunkin' 3310 nj-38; in tip note I put very positively (can you please make it a frozen chai tea), thinking I would get exactly what I asked for but NOOOOOO. I got one sausage pattie although as previously stated very tasty, but one less patty than what I paid for, and for secondly a hot chai tea🙄 ladies & gentlemen it is dead hot on an early afternoon in June. HOT!? WHY?! I go to the window exacting their attention, ushered myself to the drive thru window as directed state my complaint and ask for what I want which is a frozen chai tea for a very hot day in June, get this... he asked me why. FOR REAL?! Why!? I thought too myself is this dummy stupid apparently so we continue to vye for what I want and what he idk. But they charge me an extra $2, and it was settled. I had to ask if I can pay the dividend only, which is only right. I always order it from each dunkin' I visit, frozen chai tea, and hashbrowns. Why did I want a frozen drink...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible serve. First when I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order the person at the window asked how can I help you .. I replied one moment… within 5 seconds he asked again .. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me say one moment a little louder and see they have a camera on top of the drive thru so clearly they could see I was looking over the menu. The male voice comes across the speaker again with in about 8 seconds and says are you ready now ? To which I said just one moment (it’s 930am and a glare on the menu so verifying what I wanted) the male voice comes over the speaker and rudely says there are people behind you. I glance in my rear view mirror and see there are two cars behind me. I reply I am see and I am going to place my order. I then glanced over to see if there was enough room to leave the drive thru and order nothing because that was absolutely rude and terrible customer service. I place my $25 order which they did not deserve. However part of the order was for a sick person and they were on the side of the highway I was on.
Whomever is working the drive thru needs serious customer service training I don’t care if I was spending 5 or 25 you don’t speak to customers who are spending money with...
